POOL RULES
· Every household will receive one fob only. If you lose or damage your assigned fob, please contact Ghertner & Company at 615-277-0358 or so that your lost fob code can be deactivated and a new fob activated. Replacement of the fob is $35 and the cost of such must be paid before a new fob is distributed.
· If your HOA account has a balance of any kind, a key fob will not be available to you until your account is current.
· At any time during pool season that your account is delinquent, your fob will be deactivated until paid current.
· Residents must accompany their guests at all times.
· No "propping or wedging" of the pool gate or entrance at any time. This is a violation of Health Department Codes and will result in termination of pool privileges. Gate must be closed to latch after each guest. Do not leave the gate open for the person behind you and do not allow access to anyone who says that he/she forgot or lost their key.
· All off-site owners are responsible for distribution of fobs to their renters. Renters cannot purchase OR pick up replacement fobs. If needed, the $25 replacement fob charge will be added to the owner's HOA account, and the fob will be mailed to the OWNER at his/her mailing address.
· Anyone caught breaking any of the pool rules may lose pool privileges.
