Pricing for Non-HeatherRidge Residents
I am pleased to provide you with pricing for events to be held at The Clubhouse at HeatherRidge. Our standard pricing for events are below. We pride ourselves on tailoring each event to meet the needs of our clients.
Daytime events
All daytime events are for 5 1/2 hours of room rental.
Room must be cleaned up and vacated by 5:00pm
Monday through Thursday (non holiday)
$375.00
Friday and Sunday
$450.00
Evening Events
All evening events start after 5:00pm and room must be cleaned up and vacated by midnight
Monday through Thursday
$525.00 (without bar service) $425.00 (with bar service)
Friday and Sunday
$625.00 (without bar service) $525.00 (with bar service)
Saturday
$800.00 (without bar service) $700.00 (with bar service)
For events that go over 5 ½ hours an additional hourly fee of $125 will be charged.
Bartender Fee (1 bartender for every 50 people) $25.00 per hour
Bar Service
Open Bar: $9.50 per person, per hour + service fees
Cash Bar: Bartender fee only
Tab bar: Bartender will track and final bill will be paid by credit card or cash at end of event + service fees of 18%
Method of payment:
A deposit of 50% of the total rental and service fees is required at time of booking.
A valid credit card will be kept on file in case of any damages or excessive cleaning. (GolfVision’s reserves the right to determine cost of damage/cleaning)
Balance of rental and service fees are due no later than 10 day prior to event.
Open Bar service requires payment in full 10 day prior to function. Payment must be made by credit card or cash. Tab bar service requires a valid credit card on file used to open point of sale tab function. Upon closing of tab, credit card on file will be used to settle final bill.
All alcohol is to be provided by Golfvisions. No outside alcohol is allowed to be brought onto or consumed on the premises
