Premier Properties abides by City and State Laws surrounding the knowledge of residents residing within our Apartment and Townhome Communities. Only the residents disclosed on the Rental Application and listed below are authorized and approved to reside at and have keys for the above listed address. These names also coincide with Lease Holders and Occupants on the Lease Agreement.
Any changes, additions or deletions of residents, occupants or Leaseholders must be approved in writing by a Premier Properties Agent. Anyone 18 years of age or older residing at the community must complete a Rental Application and pay an application fee. Premier Properties screens all residents 18 years of age or above for approval to reside at a Premier Properties Community.
