ENTRY FEE : TRAINING R170 per class (R30 ground levy, R10 health and safety levy, R20 Officials fee, R10 medical levy; R11.40 DSA levy)

: PRELIM R200 per class (R11.40 DSA levy, and R5.13 EDS levy including 14% VAT, R30 ground levy, R10 health and safety levy, R20 Officials fee, R10 medical levy)

: NOVICE and ABOVE

R220 per class (including R17.10 (junior) and R51.30 (adult) DSA levy, R5.13 EDS levy including 14% VAT, R30 ground levy, R10 health and safety levy, R20 Officials fee, R10 medical levy)

PRIZES : Training classes - rosettes only.

: Graded classes - 40% of entry fees less above levies. All prize money will be distributed at the discretion of Organizing Committee subjected to SAEF Regulations.

: Any sponsorship prizes will be handed out at the SHB’s discretion.

STARTING ORDER : Starting order will be a random draw, adjusted should the rider compete on more than one horse in the class.

: Ridding times will be available on the Thursday before the show. They will be emailed to all entrants and given to DSA to place on the website.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1.  All current DSA Rules 2016 and SAEF General Regulations (Dressage) 2015 shall apply.

2.  Neither WELTMEYER, SAEF, nor the show holding body, its employees or its officials will be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained to horses, riders, appointed officials or members of the public whatsoever.

3.  Maximum 50 entries per day. First come, first served. No limitations on individual entries.

4.  All entries must be accompanied by proof of payment.

5.  Refunds (entry fees minus pro-rata cost expended (max 20%) only in the event of cancellation (not postponement) of the show by the organisers.

6.  Horses scratched after closing date will not be refunded.

7.  A horse/pony may not compete in more than two tests of any grade per day
