CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION TEAM
This plan was developed/or revised during the following time period: Began Development from November 2010 – April 2011Brief description of the planning process:
Before developing the plan, data (e.g., standardized test scores, culture surveys, attendance and discipline data, and other resources) were analyzed by the School Leadership Team, students, parents and teachers. These stakeholders are the individuals who serve on the school’s Leadership Team, grade level team, and content level team. After a thorough analysis of the data, each action team identified areas of strengths, weaknesses, gains and declines for their particular discipline/category. Each team then met several times to identify target areas and a plan of action for each academic, culture, and professional development goal. Once goals and strategies were completed, they were submitted to the School Leadership Team for revision and approval. The Five Year plan is revisited throughout the school year.
