COST OF PARTICIPATION
The initial payment amounted to 30% of the total cost of participation in the exhibition is made during 5 days of invoice received; pay the remaining part of the sum due by March 1, 2013 and send the copy of payment order with the proof of payment by:

In accordance with your application you are invoiced for additional equipment and services. The application blank is sent together with the contract-application to the address of «GreenExpo».
In case of breach of payment terms against invoices, «GreenExpo» has a right to cancel your participation in the exhibition «AstanaFloraExpo-2013».
Attention!
For any cancellations made by the Exhibitor 60 days before the opening of the exhibition will be refunded 50% of the cost of space booked. No monies will be refunded for cancellations received less than 30 days before the opening of the exhibition.
The confirming documents (invoices and acceptance certificates) you can get upon Exhibition completion.

Attention renters of «unequipped exhibition space» or companies that are building stands of participants.
In accordance with the General Terms of participation in exhibitions on the area of the exhibition complex «Korme» all of the developers must to pass the accreditation in the technical service of exhibition complex «Korme».
The list of documents and the cost of accreditation can be found at www.expocenter.kz in section «Information» or by calling:

IMPORTANT! In case of noncompliance with terms of the passage of the accreditation of third-party developers access on the area of the exhibition complex is prohibited.
EXHIBITION CATALOGUE

The information about your company for publication in the Official catalogue of the Exhibition must be sent to «GreenExpo» in English and Russian in typing version (in amount of at most 600 symbols, including spaces) as well as the company logotype no later than March 1, 2013.
In case of placing of your advertising module you must mark in the Contract-application the relevant paragraph in the section “Placing of advertisement in the Official catalogue of the exhibition” and send us a file with the following characteristics:

- Net size is 148 mm # 210 mm;
- Tolerance size is 152 mm # 214 mm. The text must be not closer than 5 mm to the edge of each side;
- In CorelDraw 9 program, fonts shall be in curves;
- All fills and contours in the CMYK, without the use of lenses and shadows.
- Raster images: CMYK, at least 300 dpi;
- TIFF, JPEG: CMYK, at least 300 dpi.

If you need additional equipment and/or services, please fill in an application on FORM 1 on the basis of which you will be invoiced.
BADGES FOR THE EXHIBITION PARTICIPANTS
To obtain the badges you must provide a letter (FORM 2) on the company letterhead indicating the full name of the company representatives, their positions, passport/identity card number and send it to «GreenExpo» Exhibition company before April 1, 2013 by fax and replicate in MS Word format to the following e-mail address:
To participate in arrangements conducted within the Exhibition business program you need to fill in an Application for the seminar/presentation (FORM 3) before April 1, 2013.
GUARDING
Guarding of the exhibition exposition during the exhibition working days is carried out from 6.00 p.m. till 9.00 a.m. of the following day.
The guard shall bear no responsibility for safety of display exhibits during the work of the Exhibition (from 9.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m.) as well as on days of mounting and dismantling of exhibition stands (from 9.00 a.m. till 8.00 p.m.).
You may order an individual twenty-four-hour guarding of your stand.
