Other family members attending were Bob and Bonnie Boehnke and Terry and Ruth Boehnke of Watertown, Anna Hartley of Garden City, John Audus of Bradley, Dave and Annette Boehnke of Clark, Randy and Carol Wiedebush and Kellie of Mansfield, Darin Wiedebush of Warner, Brady Roberts of Aberdeen, Andy, Tami and Taylor Boehnke of Tea, Mike and Ashley McCue of Freeman, Rick and Lori Hyland and girls of Ramona, and John Boehnke of Estherville, Iowa.
Al and Gwen Benck hosted the Nelson family Thanksgiving dinner at their home in Henry. Joining the Benck family were Mike and Lola Nelson of Henry, Greg Nelson and friend, Dee along with children, Madison, Laney, Noah and Jake, and Ben and Olivia Nelson all of Watertown.
Bob McElroy of Lincoln, NE arrived Wednesday and spent the long Thanksgiving weekend at the home of his mother, Rose McElroy.
Shannon and Donna Bruns and daughters, Samantha and Sarah of Watertown were Thanksgiving Day dinner guests at the Wendell and Alice Bruns home.
Jill and Christopher Kasten and Brent Jenson of Sacrament, CA, Jena Hall of Atlanta, GA, Ross Grode and Breanne Bjerke and family of Aberdeen, Scott Opdahl, Milo and Anna of Houston, TX, Cameron Johnson, Becca Bjerke of SDSU and Taylor Huppler of Rapid City were Wednesday evening supper guests at the Cokey Johnson home.
Lisa Bludorn of Mitchell, Emma Sattler of Watertown and Jamie Bludorn spent two nights over the Thanksgiving weekend at the home of Ruth Bludorn.
Joan Boehnke attended the monthly meeting of the Courier Classics 4-H Club in Clark Sunday afternoon.
Marjorie Nelson was among relatives enjoying last Sunday dinner at the Mike and Laurie Keszler home in Watertown.
Tom, Beth, and Kaitlyn Kos of Omaha, Ne arrived Tuesday evening and spent until Sunday at the Terry Kos home.
Monty, Marcia and Sara Montgomery hosted Thanksgiving Day dinner at their home. Enjoying the dinner and day were Helen Van Sickle, Linda Page and her friend, Brandt, Jane Seifel and Chase, Bob Van Sickle and Julie, Jessica and Dominic all of Watertown, Gordon and Loydeen Van Sickle of Henry, and Tim and Lisa Zandt, Sever and Lexy of Baltic. Later in the afternoon Mike and Shauna Lane and family were visitors. Andrew Montgomery, who is attending SDSU, also enjoyed the feast and the weekend at the home of his parents.
Myron and Diane Eidsness, Laura and Kailey were Thanksgiving Day guests of Tim and Kim Audus at Harrisburg.
David, Becky, Mara and Brenna McElroy of Sioux Falls arrived Thursday for Thanksgiving at the Rose McElroy home.
Thanksgiving Day dinner guests at the Terry and Judy Kos home were Brian and Kathy DeJong and family, Joanne and Teddy Berglund, Bret and Karen Henricks, John and Liz all of Watertown and Tom and Beth Kos and Kaitlyn of Omaha, NE.
In addition to Ruth Bludorn’s overnight guests, enjoying Thanksgiving Day dinner at the Bludorn home were Tom and Charlene Bludorn of Watertown, Jerry and Tammy Bludorn and Jaclyn of Webster, and Steve and Cindy Anderson and Josh. Afternoon visitors were Trisha Rieffenberger, Elisabeth and Alex and Amy Anderson of Watertown, Brian Reese of Castlewood, and Mandy Lodmel and Lawson of Onida.
Friday evening, Marcia and Sara Montgomery and Helen Van Sickle enjoyed supper at the Linda Page home and later watched the Watertown Lighted Parade.
Joe and Elsie Young called on Treva Headley at Wookey’s Assistant Living in Clark on Saturday.
Kelby Goodall was a Thanksgiving Day supper guest at the Fain and Roxanne Geiger home.
Laura Eidsness of Northern State University in Aberdeen spent from Wednesday until Sunday at the home of her parents, Myron and Diane Eidsness.

John and Stephanie Boehnke returned to Estherville, Iowa and Vermillion after spending the long Thanksgiving weekend in their parents’ home.

Terry and Judy Kos and their house guests, Tom and Beth Kos and Kaitlyn attended the birthday party Friday evening for Kayla DeJong at her Watertown home. Additional guests were Karen and Liz Henricks, rural Watertown, Kurt and Ramona Kaiser of Clear Lake and Bob and Kelli DeJong and Macie of Rapid City.
Joan Boehnke attended a work night for her Extension Homemakers’ Club in Garden City Monday evening.
Hayley and Travis Goodall were Friday and Saturday overnight guests at the Fain and Roxanne Geiger home. On Friday evening they attended the Lighted Parade in Watertown.
Calvin and Lois Schoepp had Thanksgiving Day dinner at the Tom and Karen Miller home near Iroquois. Also enjoying the holiday dinner were Kevin and Linda Schoepp and Diane Schoepp of Watertown, Doug Schoepp and Steph Raasch and family of Henry.
LeDene and Lynn Geiger drove to Faulkton on Thursday and enjoyed Thanksgiving Day dinner with Monty, Jackie and Christopher Geiger.
Karen Henricks was a Saturday afternoon visitor at the Terry Kos home.
After an early morning of shopping on Friday, Wendell and Alice Bruns enjoyed, “The Church Basement Ladies Christmas” at the Goss Opera House in Watertown. They enjoyed supper out before returning their Henry home.
Floyd and Donna Kittelson hosted Thanksgiving supper at their home on Friday evening. Enjoying the supper were Rick and Vicky Burchatz, of Watertown, Jordan Burchatz of Lincoln, NE, Kayla Burchatz of Moorhead, MN, Tom and Kathy Wookey and Cody of Clark, Stephanie and Bridgett Wookey and John Henricks of Watertown, Mike and Cheryl Hovde and Maggie, Zach and Savanna, of rural Vienna, Tianna Noem of DeSmet, Dave and Jackie McNeil, Dawson, Riley and Jackson of Warner, Bryan and Cindy Wientjes, Hunter and Spencer and Collin Wientjes of Ames, IA.
Troy and Nicky Watson and family spent Thanksgiving at the Brian and Pam Hull home at Tulare.
Saturday evening supper guests at the Ruth Bludorn home were Jerry and Tammy Bludorn and Jaclyn of Webster and Steve and Cindy Anderson and Josh and her weekend overnight guests. Jaclyn remained for an overnight visit.
Arlen Swedeen was a Thanksgiving dinner guest at the home of Bill Pickles and DeAnn Martwick. In the evening, Arlen prepared oyster stew and Wes and Betty Holida of Naples were his guests.
Tom and Beth Kos and Kaitlyn of Omaha, Brian and Kathy DeJong and family of Watertown and Terry and Judy Kos enjoyed lunch out in Watertown Sunday before the Tom Kos family left for Omaha.
Saturday evening, Jena Hall of Atlanta, GA, Brenna Bjerke and Ross Grode of Aberdeen, Cameron Johnson, Aggie Opdahl and Cokey Johnson were among family members attending the 50th anniversary of Lanny and Sharon Paulson of Pierre which was held in Watertown.
Thanksgiving Dinner guests at the Tim and Lori Page home were Brett and April Flemming and Brynn of Aurora, Lila Page of Watertown and Muriel Larson of Clark.
Dave and Alyssa Page of Milbank stopped by later in the afternoon.
Joe and Nicole Sharp and family spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the home of Nicole’s parents, Joe and Rita Pazour at Kimball, SD.
Joe and Elsie Young attended Parker Young’s hockey game in Watertown on Sunday.
Trevor and Tracy Gilles and family of Fargo were Friday afternoon visitors at the Calvin and Lois Schoepp home.
Kendra Hepler of Watertown returned home with Wendell and Alice Bruns and helped decorate and later spent the evening. Sunday, her mother, Karyn Christensen accompanied Ashley Bruns to the Wendell Bruns home for dinner and Kendra returned home with them.
Myron and Diane Eidsness and Kailey attended the Heather Mohr benefit in Clark on Sunday evening.
Dave and Jackie McNeil and family were Friday and Saturday overnight guests at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.

Bev Eggen of Watertown and Loydeen Van Sickle attended the Augustana/Grand Valley football game in Sioux Falls on Saturday. The victorious Augustana Vikings now move on to Duluth, MN where they will face number one Minnesota Duluth. Josh Hanson, grandson of Bev Eggen is quarterback for the team.
Corey Jans of Watertown, Taylor Jans of Brookings and Rod and Cherie Jans were Thanksgiving Day dinner guests at the Brad and Lorie Terhark home at Willow Lake.
