Page size is fixed as A4. Margins set at 25.4 mm / 2.54 cm / 1 inch at top, bottom and right. 38.1 mm / 3.81 cm / 1.5 inches at left margin. The font should be set as Times New Roman throughout.

Title should be 11pt bold centred. Author names should be 9pt regular centred. Author affiliations should be 9pt italic centred. Full contact details should only be provided for the corresponding author.

The main body of the abstract should be in 11pt justified against both margins with a 12pt space between each paragraph. Line spacing should be single spaced. The length of the abstract, including title, author details, keywords and main body, should not exceed a single A4 page formatted according to these instructions. Your abstract must not include any form of illustration such as drawings, charts, figures or photographs. The use of references should be avoided if possible. Please do not insert any additional material or modify the header and footer content.

Your abstract should address two audiences – the scientific committee of the conference who will use the abstract to decide whether to accept your submission and to which conference session it should be assigned, and the conference participants who will use it to plan their attendance at specific conference sessions.

Your abstract should seek to answer a number of key questions: WHAT you did, WHY you did it, HOW you did it, WHAT you found, and WHAT it means.

All abstracts must be submitted in English in MS-Word format. Please note that your abstract will be made available online and published in the conference programme booklet.
