ABDUCTION AND MURDER CASE OF BEGAMPUR SOLVED: WEAPON OF OFFENCE RECOVERED
With the arrest of main accused Laxmi Narayan @ Lalla, staff of PS Begumpur, Outer District has solved a sensational abduction and murder case of a Baljeet (aged 30 years), S/o Lakhi Ram, R/o H.No-133 Vill. Begum Pur, Delhi, who was kidnapped from the area of Begumpur and lateron he was murdered with the help of screw driver at PS Narain Garh, Distt. Ambala.
BRIEF FACTS:
On 18.05.2010, the missing report of Baljeet, who was a driver of Qualis car No. DL-3C-AM-0281, was lodged at police station Begampur by his elder brother ShriLaxman, s/o Lakhi Ram, r/o H. No. 133, Vill. BegamPur, Delhi. On 2.6.2010, he reported that his younger brother namely Baljeet went to Panipat, Haryana on 10.5.2010, alongwith the passengers through the travel agent BijenderSolanki, owner of Solnaki Travels. His mobile no. 9953722361 was found switched off since 10.5.2010. He further reported that he suspected that someone had abducted his brother Baljeet. On the statement of Laxman, case vide FIR No. 136, dated 2.6.2010 u/s 365 IPC was registered at PS Begampur and investigation taken up.
Seeing the gravity of crime, immediately a team comprising of Insp. (Invst) Sunil Kumar Sharma, SI Jitender, SI Sombir, SI Madan lal, SI Nitin, SI B.K. Bharati, Cts. Jitender, Sunil Kumar, Ved Parkash, Rambir, Om Parkash, Subh Ram, Hari Ram and Vijay under the supervision of Insp. C.L. Meena, SHO Begampur and overall supervision of Shri Dhanvir Dutt, ACP/ Sultan Puri Delhi was constituted to trace the victim and to arrest the accused involved in the commission of crime.
The team members immediately swung into action and started making efforts to search the accused. One Manoj s/o VedPrakash was suspected to be involved in crime and trap was laid to nab him. On 25.6.2010, he was apprehended and interrogated at length. Firstly, he tried to show his innocence but on sustained interrogation he broke down and confessed about the commission of crime. He was arrested in this case.
INTERROGATION:
On sustained interrogation of accused Manoj, it was revealed that he and his associates LaxmiNarain @ Lalla, PankajGoel and Amit hatched a conspiracy for murder and robbery. To execute their planning, on 10.5.2010, they hired the Qualis No. DL-3C-AM-0281 through travel agent Bijender Solanki, owner of Solanki Travels, for Panipat, Haryana with the help of Manoj, who was also a driver by profession and was working in the same agency. But instead of going to Panipat they all went to Kaley Amb in Distt. Ambala and from there they went to Ponta Sahib, HimachalPradesh. On their way back on 10.5.2010, they hit abeer bottle on the head of deceased Baljeet and then pierced a screwdriver in his chest and other vital parts of body and caused more than 100 wounds. After Killing Baljeet, they dumped the dead body of the deceased in the area of PS Narain Garh, Distt. Ambala, which is about 6 km from HimachalPradesh border. They robbed the deceased Baljeet of Rs. 11000/-, Qualis and Mobile. From there, LaxmiNarain went to Meerut in the robbed Qualis alongwith the mobile phone of deceased. On the disclosure of accused Manoj, sections 302/392/201/34 IPC were added in this case.
On the instance of accused Manoj, 2ndaccused PankajGoel was also arrested. The dead body of deceased Baljeet which was dumped by the accused person in the area of PS Narain Garh was cremated by the police of PS Narain Garh as unclaimed after registration of murder case, in the PS Narain Garh.
On 07.07.10, Insp. Sunil Kumar Sharma received secret information that accused LaxmiNarayan @ Lalla would be visiting his house. A trap was laid at and around his house and staff was deployed in plain clothes and lateron arrested while he was entering into his house. On Interrogation, he also confessed the crime and his involvement in the murder. On the instance of LaxmiNarayan @ Lallathe vehicle has also been recovered from Distt. Badayun, U.P. which was left unattended there. Further investigation is in progress to arrest the last accused Amit.

- PankajGoel(aged 22 years), s/o SureshChand, r/o H.No. B-1/55, BudhVihar, Delhi is studied upto 10th class. He sold children clothes in weekly bazaar. He is unmarried and has an elder brother, mother and father.
- LaxmiNarain @ Lalla, s/o Lakhpat Ram r/o H. No. C=-61,HarshDevPark, BudhVihar, Ph-I, Delhi has studied upto 6th class. He is driver by profession. He is married and has elder brother and mother.

MURDER OF TEENAGER WORKED OUT : TWO ACCUSED ARRESTED AND ARMS USED IN COMMISSION OF CRIME RECOVERED
With the arrest of accused persons namely Nitin (20 years) s/o Ved Prakash Dabas r/o Village Rasulpur, Delhi and Rakesh @ Sonu (24 years) s/o Bijender Dabas r/o Village Rasulpur, Delhi, staff of PS Kanjhawala has solved a murder case of a teenager namely Rahul s/o Narender r/o Village Rasulpur, Delhi. The police has also recovered one country made pistol with five live cartridges (7.65 bore) at their instance.
BRIEF FACTS :
On 08-07-10 at about 3:50 AM, an information regarding quarrel was received in PS Kanjhawla which was assigned to SI Ravi Kumar who rushed to the spot and reached at Mundka-Karala Road near Shamshan Ghat where he was informed that injured Rahul (18 years) s/o Narender r/o Village Rasulpur who had sustained bullet injuries on his head was removed to Jaipur Golden Hospital by his father and neighbours. Later on, the victim was expired during the treatment. Statement of Ravi Dabas (friend of deceased) was recorded in which he stated that in the evening of 07.07.10, he along with his friends Rahul (deceased) and Neeraj was present in his office at Royal Finance, Mubarakpur More and had consumed liquor in his office. At around 10.30 PM, one Kapilr/oVillage Bamdoli, Bahadurgarh, Haryana (whose maternal uncle resides in Village Rasulpur) came to his office under the influence of alcohol where exchange of hot words took place between Rahul (deceased) and Kapil over an old issue. Meanwhile, Kapil called his friends Nitin and Rakesh (both accused) and took Rahul with them on pretext that they would drink more and would also resolve their matter mutually. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 125/10 U/S 302 IPC & 25-27-54-59 Arms Act PS Kanjhawla was registered on the statement of RaviDabasr/oVillage Rasulpur, Delhi. All the accused persons were absconding and evading their arrest since the day of incident.
TEAM AND INVESTIGATION :
In order to work out the case, a team consisting of Insp. Mahesh Meena, SHO/Kanjhawala, SI Ashok Kumar, SI Ravi Kumar, Ct Satvir Singh, Ct. MahabirSingh and Ct. Anandveer was constituted under the supervision of Sh. Bishan Mohan, ACP/Bawana. The members of team worked hard and sources were deployed to have any clue or information about the culprits. Accordingly, a secret information was received that accused persons would assemble at Mundka Railway Station in the evening to catch the train. Immediately, the team swung into action and traps were laid at and around Mundka Railway Station. At around 7.45 PM, as soon as the accused persons reached at the railway station were overpowered by the police team but one of accused persons namely Kapil managed to escape from the spot. On their instance, one country made pistol with five live cartridges (7.65 bore) was recovered. Efforts are being made for the arrest of absconding accused Kapil.
INTERROGATION :
During the course of sustained interrogation, both accused confessed to have committed the murder of Rahul. They had assembled at Mundka Railway Station to catch the train to Haridwar to prevent their arrest. They further disclosed that Rahul (deceased) was habitual of playing ‘satta’ and had lost huge amount in satta. He further disclosed that on the day of incident, he had quarrelled with Rahul as he had borrowed Rs. 25,000/- from him which he was not paying him after elapse of one and a half year.

2.Accused Rakesh @ Sonu (24 years) s/o BijenderDabasr/oVillage Rasulpur, Delhi has studied upto 10th Class. His father deals in property business and he assists his father in his property business in Village Rasulpur. He is still unmarried and has father, mother, two brothers and two sisters in his family.

Half kilogram of good quality ‘Heroin’ and 3 kilograms ‘Charas’ seized by Crime Branch, Narcotics Cell.
Two persons arrested.
The Narcotics Cell of Crime Branch has arrested two persons in two separate seizures and has recovered half a kilogram of good quality Heroin from one person and 3 kilograms of ‘Charas’ from the other. The arrested persons are:
- AsifAli @ Kallu Khan (30) r/o Bareilly, U.P – He is a known drug trafficker. He has been arrested twice earlier for committing drug related offences. He is presently out on CourtBail. This time, good quality Heroin weighing half a kilo and worth about twenty five lakh rupees in the International market has been recovered from him. A case, vide FIR No. 100/10 u/s 21 NDPS Act PS. Crime Branch has been registered against him.
- Badiujjama (25) r/o Motihari, Bihar – He has been smuggling ‘Charas’ into the Capital from Bihar for the past six months. He supplies “charas” to various persons near the Zakhira area of Delhi. He buys the drug from one MohdHanif of Motihari, Bihar. The 3 kilograms of ‘Charas’ recovered from him is worth about Rs. 3 Lakhs in the international market. A case, vide FIR No. 101/10 u/s 20 NDPS Act PS. Crime Branch has been registered against him.
SI Bhagwan Singh of Narcotics Cell, Crime Branch received information about both AsifAli and Badiujjama. A team was constituted to develop the inputs further.
After sustained efforts, the Narcotics Cell team finally managed to apprehend AsifAli on 7.7.10 at about 07:30 pm near ‘T’ point, Jaffarabad, Idgah Road, Welcome Colony, Delhi.
Similarly, Badiujjama was apprehended by the team on 09.07.10 at about 02:00 pm near ‘Bus Stand on Jakhira pul Moti Nagar Delhi.
Further investigation in the cases is on.

INTRODUCTION :
With the arrest of the five auto lifters and two receivers namely i) Mukesh S/o Bijender @ Vijay Pal r/o Village Bhasauli, PS Chand Pur, Distt. Bulandshahar, U.P., ii) Aasif @ Aashu S/o Alhanoor r/o Village Pahasu, PS Pahasu, Distt. Bulandshahar, U.P. iii) Aarif @ Saleem S/o Ishlam r/o Jhuggi Shanti Nagar Mohalla, Bulandshahar, U.P., iv) Sharif S/o Safiquer/oVillage Ganghera, PS Chand Pur, Distt. Bulandshahar, U.P. v) Rafique S/oAli Hassanr/oVillage abda nagar, Distt. Bulandshahar, U.P. vi) Shakeel S/o Ashlamr/oVillage Pahasu, PS Pahasu, Distt. Bulandshahar, U.P. and vii) Prem @ lala S/o JayantiParsadr/oVillage Sunehra Distt. Bulandshahar, U.P. the local Police of PS Bharat Nagar, North West District, Delhi, has busted a gang of auto lifters and recovered five cars and one scooter at their instance. Four cases of auto theft have also been worked out with their arrest while two Maruti vans are yet to be connected with the cases due to tempering of engine and chassis numbers. These two Maruti vans are yet to be correctly identified.
INCIDENT :
With a view to keep a check on the incidents of auto thefts and to nab the criminals involved in the auto lifting, the staff of PS Bharat Nagar, North West District had been sensitized about the vehicle checking in the area. On 8.7.2010 during routine vehicle checking a team comprising SI Ved Parkash, ASI Jagbir, HC Sudhir, HC Ashwani, Ct. Abhimanu Rathi of PS Bharat Nagar headed by Inspr. Lalit Joshi, SHO/Bharat nagar under the over all supervision of Sh. Ramesh Chander Saini, ACP/Ashok Vihar, intercepted one scooter bearing registration No. DL-08-SG-0831 oppsosite Bharat Nagar Authority, driven by three persons who were later on identified as Mukesh, Ashok @ Aashu and Aarit @ Saleem. On asking the relevant papers of the said vehicle, the rider namely Mukesh pretended that the papers are at home and the pillion riders tried to escape from the spot. All the three accused persons were over powered with the help of the present staff and detailed interrogation was conducted and during interrogation the above said scooter was found to be stolen vide FIR No. 178/10 u/s. 379-IPC from PS Bharat Nagar.
INTERROGATION
On interrogation it was revealed that all the three accused persons were identified the spot from where they have to pick the cars in the night. During sustained interrogation all the three accused persons confessed that they are involved in series of incidents of auto theft in different parts of Delhi. They pick up the cars from Delhi with the help of other accomplices and sold them in the jurisdiction of District Bulandshahar, U.P.
INVESTIGATION :
During the investigation one Maruti Zen car bearing No. DL-6CE-4394 has been recovered from the possession of another accomplice namely Sharif S/o Safique, one Maruti car bearing No. DL-3CN-1791 has been recovered from the possession of one receiver namely Prem @ Lala from Distt. Bulandshahar, one Maruti car bearing No. DL-4CH-4243 has been recovered from the possession of accused Aarif S/o Ishlam, one blue Maruti van u/s. 102 Cr. P.C. has been recovered from the possession of accused Mukesh and another white colour Maruti van u/s. 102 Cr. P.C. has been recovered from the possession of receiver Shakeel.
They further disclosed that they have sold one Bolero car and one Maruti Van in Khurja, U.P. through their links which are to be recovered.
MODUS OPERANDI
Accused Mukesh used to recee the parking lots and target the old cars and stole the same vehicles with the help of the master keys with his accomplices. Theysold these vehicles in the different parts of District Bulandshahar. Whatever they were gaining in this crime, they used to spent it on their luxury life.

Earlier he was doing farming at his home, but he could not get easy money from this profession. He started stealing vehicles from the parking lots in Delhi and sold them in District Bulandshahar U.P. with the help of his accomplices.
3.Accused Sharif was born in 1990 in Ghaziabad, U.P. He is uneducated and belongs to a poor family. Earlier he was a fruit seller, but he could not get easy money from this profession. He started stealing vehicles from the parking lots in Delhi and sold them in District Bulandshahar U.P. with the help of his accomplices.
4.Accused Aarif was born in 1980 in Village Bhud in District Bulandshahar, U.P. He is uneducated and belongs to a poor family. Earlier he was a rickshaw-pullar but he could not get easy money from this profession. He came in the contact of his accomplices and started stealing vehicles from the parking lots in Delhi and sold them district Bulandshahar U.P.
5.Accused Prem @ Lal was born in 1980 in District Bulandshahar, U.P. He is uneducated and belongs to a poor family. At present he is running his shop of mechanic in Bulandshahar, but part time he is taking delivery of the stolen vehicles.
6.Accused Rafique was born in 1980 in Khurja District Bulandshahar, U.P. He is uneducated and belongs to a big family. At present he is labour in mutton factory but part time he is indulged in the gang of Mukesh and started stealing vehicles from Delhi.
7.Accused Shakeel was born in 1980 in Pahasu Distt. Bulandshahr, U.P. He is uneducated and belongs to a big family. At present he is labour in a biscuit factory but in part time he started receiving the delivery of the stolen vehicles.
