Cooweescoowee Health Clinic – Ochelata, OK

Summary

Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) is accepting bids for printing art, community photographs, and historical records in coordination with framing to be hung within the newly constructed Cooweescoowee Health Clinic in Ochelata, Oklahoma.

LA 25-05 requires all Cherokee Nation construction and/or renovation projects $500,000+ to set aside 1% of the total project cost for the procurement of culturally appropriate art. The use of these funds allows the Cherokee Nation to share our rich history, culture and heritage through visual art.

We will only accept bids from TERO certified vendors who are Cherokee Nation citizens and can provide identification as such.

Specifications for printing

All art, community photographs and historical records will be provided to the selected vendor by December 19. All collages are pre-designed.

Bid Information

All final bids are due by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17.

Selections will be made on Thursday, December 18, 2014. Talia will notify vendors shortly thereafter.

All final prints are due by Tuesday, December 23 at 2:00 p.m. All invoices are due at time of pickup or delivery. Invoices should be made to Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) with project name Cooweescoowee Ochelata Health Clinic.
