Second Grade Spelling
Quarter 2
This year, your child will be asked to write two sentences as a part of the language arts/spelling grade. Following the list of words are the guidelines of the sentences they will be asked to write. Each sentence must contain a minimum of five words. You may choose to practice writing sentences with your child as a way to help them be prepared for the assessment. Students will be able to utilize resources to check all sentences.
Week 1: Plurals –s, -es, -ies
