I require the organisation to provide me with the following contract

1. Enterprise Resource Planning Software Solutions (ERP)
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions
3. Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Software Solutions
4. Finance Software Solutions
Along with the actual contract information for the above can you also
provide me with the maintenance and support contract associated with
each of the categories above if it not already within the existing
contract.
For each of the categories above can you please provide me with the

No recorded information as at time of request receipt. However, in order to assist you the following information has been provided by our contracts data supplier.
Oracle is the force’s current ERP end to end ERP system. It is used extensively throughout the force and is used to run our HR (establishments etc)., finance (budgets, general ledger) and purchasing (purchase orders). The product is supported and maintained by the supplier (Oracle) and the contract includes the provision of software upgrades should the force so wish.
5. Number of Users/Licenses: What is the total number of
user/licenses for this contract?
Oracle - a perpetual enterprise licence for the force
iTrent - licensed for the number of people on the force’s payroll (including pensioners) and is for 13,000
6. Annual Spend: What is the annual average spend for each contract?
Support and maintenance:
Oracle - £50,000.00
iTrent- £90,000.00
7. Contract Duration: What is the duration of the contractplease include any available extensions within the contract.
Oracle – maintenance is proprietary and can be extended by the force in yearly intervals.
iTrent - 2017
8. Contract Start Date: What is the start date of this contract?

Oracle – purchased in 2000. Annual support and maintenance commences 06/04 and expires the following 05/04.
iTrent - commenced 01/07/2012 and the primary term concludes on 30/06/2017.
