Notes:

  1. Please submit the electricity set up plan with your booth design plan & Form 3, otherwisethe ordered items will be installed at the contractor’s discretion.Any onsite relocation applies 50% surcharge.
  2. All items are on rental basis only and no exchange or transfer or refund on ordered item.
  3. Production & Accessories are not included. Material layout shall be sent to Official Contract for approval on/ before 7 May 2018.
  4. No multi-plug is allowed to be used, one power socket for one electrical appliance. All sockets / electricity power point installed are for machinery use only, not for lighting connection. Any abuse will cause immediate termination of electricity supply.
  5. Orders are valid only when accompanied by full remittance.
  6. Late order: 30% penalty fee will be charged for any late orders received after deadline 7 May 2018, while orders received on/after 12 June 2018 & on site order will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
  7. Cancellation of any orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellation after the deadline is subject to 30% cancellation charge. No cancellation will be accepted on/after 12 June 2018.

Important Notices

  1. All orders must be accompanied with full remittance. Orders without remittance will not be entertained.
  1. Facilities and services not indicated on the forms are subject to quotation on individual job basis.
  1. No hammering of nails, drilling or making holes on wall partitions will be permitted. All items are on rental basis only and exhibitors must be make good any damage/loss during the period of rental.
  1. All electrical works are to be carried out by the Official Contractor only.
  1. Order received after deadline7May 2018is subject to 30% surcharge. For order received on/after 12 June 2018, 50% surcharge will be imposed.
  1. Cancellation of any orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellation after the deadline is subject to 30% cancellation charge. No cancellation will be accepted on/after 12 June 2018.
  1. All electricity power points installed are for machine use only, not for lighting. If exhibitors or non-official contractors bring their own lighting devices for booth decoration, they must submit all lighting distribution details and pay the lighting connection charges to the official contractors. Exhibitors / contractor are not allowed to install any additional lighting devices without prior application / notification to the official contractors. Penalty fee will be applied if such situation is found.
  1. Connectors or joints and wiring from the power point to their exhibits / machinery are to be provided by exhibitors.
  1. One socket or power supply is for the use of one electrical appliance / machinery only. No multi-plug is allowed.
  1. All furniture and electrical items included in the Package are not exchangeable.
  1. Any complaints regarding rental furniture / electricity installation must be lodge the day before the exhibition commences to Newfair (HK) Ltd. on-site person in charge. Otherwise, all items are deemed to have been received in good order.
