RECIPE FOR GETTING STARTED TOWARDS YOUR SUCCESS

CONGRATULATIONS!...on starting your Arbonne business and for allowing yourself to dream again. Arbonne can make that dream a reality and we are looking forward to celebrating your success as you build your Arbonne business.

1) LISTEN to a Discover Arbonne(live or recorded)

 2) DETERMINE and WRITE down WHY you need this business to work for you. Give it a name and a face. Be specific. Narrow it down to a REAL WHY so working towards your dreams in this business is worthy of your time. List 21 reasons…5 need to make you cry. In other words, who/what would you be willing to push through obstacles for?

  1. Example: If your reason is to get out of debt….. What does being in debt cost you? Time away from children….husband you never see….be specific. Have a face staring back at you.

 3) DECIDE and WRITE down what you are willing to do or give up to build your Arbonne business and WHAT you are not willing to give up? Just keep in mind you are doing this for your family not to them so keep your perspective.

 4) BOOK 6-10 Group Presentations or Get Togethers. This will allow you to

share the opportunity and products with your friends and family. Keep in mind a group presentation or “get together” can be comprised of 2-3-4-5 people. Doesn’t have to be a lot of people.

  1. Verbiage for Booking: “How long has it been since you pampered yourself? How would you like to be pampered with a few of your friends and allow me to treat you to a fun night?” (When booking use term “get together” instead of “party”. “Party” leads people to believe they have to have a large group to attend and can be overwhelming for them.)

SuccessPlan in Arbonne is executing 6-10 group “get togethers” in one month to achieve success which is sharing the products and business with a minimum of 30 people a month. You will need to book more than 6 to execute a minimum of 6 due to cancellations. The more “get togethers” you do the quicker your success. Keep in mind, MOMENTUM is your silent business partner.

 5) PURCHASE products to become a Product of the Product. You will only sell

what you use. The quicker you start using the products the more excited you will be to share these products with your friends and family because you will build your belief in these products. You can use personal products for your business. Most people take advantage of an RSVP Special which allows you to get a 50% discount. In other words, you purchase $350 worth of product and Arbonne gives you an additional $350 for FREE.

 6) CREATE an ABUNDANT Contact List. Who have you had contact with in your life not just who you are in contact with now. Think of it as your graduation list or wedding list. The average person knows 250 people. Think with abundance. Make a list of at least 100 people. You are building a network in this business. One of the miracles of this business is that you will be connected to people through your group presentations you might not otherwise meet but you must have a list to start with.

7) WRITE down GOALS with Sponsor. Most people know where they want to end up but have no plan of how to get there. Remember you are no longer an employer. You are your own multi-million dollar business owner. Map your way to 1st level of management which is District Manager. It takes $6000 volume to become a District Manager. You can do that in one month or a combination of 2 months. Activity makes it happen. Take it in bite size pieces. If you do all the above along with the activity shared above….THIS WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU!

Example:

  • If going DM in 1 month which is $6000 volume

You do 10 parties with $600 in sales at each party….you are a District Manager in one month.

  • If going DM in 2 months, you must have a minimum of $2500 in the first month and $3500 to finish in the 2nd month.

8) PARTICIPATE on every Sunday Night Training Call and attend all local meetings. (local meetings are any meeting within a 3 hour driving distance) There has never been anyone that did not plug into the calls and local training meetings that achievedsuccess in Arbonne. It will make or break your business. Again, ask yourself, “What are you willing to do and give up to commit to training calls so you can be successful?” Plug into the people who are where you want to be and you will have all the tools necessary to build your multi-million dollar business.

9) SIGN UP for the Learn and Burn Subscription on arbonne.com. It is $5 a month and the trainings are shipped directly to your house. Top leaders provide training on product, personal development, and basic consultant knowledge.

 10) StartBUILDINGyour Dream TeamList 5 people that you would love to join your business. These are your key people. Look for these qualities in people:

Who do you know that…

  • is already successful at what they do whether a stay at home mom, professional, college student, etc.
  • lights up a room when they walk in.
  • makes people feel better about themselves when they are around them.

Contact them right away to share with them the quality that you see in them that would make them a success inthis business. You can invite them on a 3 way call with your VP or invite them to listen to a live or recorded Discover Call. Be on purpose to invite them to join your business.

 11) OPEN up a debit/credit card account for your business separate from your personal acct.

12) BUILD belief in this industry by purchasing and reading “Dare to Dream and Work to Win” by Dr. Tom Barrett. (can purchase on amazon.com or daretodream.net) This book will teach you in the most simplest terms about the building blocks and endless possibilities you have in this industry. You will face obstacles in this business and that is absolutely normal. We tell people all the time to go out and find your 1st 100 no’s. If you do this, you will be so far into the success of your business because along the way you build a business. This is why it is so important to stay connected to the training and support your leaders provide and also why it so important to read this book. By doing so, we can help keep you strong as you overcome some of those normal obstacles and you will be able to empower yourself by what you learn from others and this book. You will be able to minimize the obstacles and maximize your dreams. Success is inevitable if you follow the Recipe for Success. You are now cleared for take off….Fly in the direction of your dreams!
