I. Organizational meetings for pictures, physicals, fundraisers, paperwork, UIL rules are:
INCOMING Freshman Parent Only Meeting Mon, May 9th 7:00 p.m.
Senior, Junior, Sophomore Freshmen Players Mon, July 25th 3:00 p.m.
10th, 11th & 12th Parent only Meeting (PAC) Mon, July 25th 7:00 p.m.
II. PHYSICALS: You CANNOT practice without a physical and all paperwork on file
· Anyone new to CCISD or not from feeder Intermediate must turn in a PAPF (see Coach Dailey)
· Compliance Paperwork: Must be turned in before 1st scrimmage
· Program Pictures: Saturday, Aug. 6th @ 9:30 am (9th, Soph, JV & Varsity Teams)
· Individual/Team Pictures: Friday, Sept. 16 during athletic period

Notes for All Grade Levels:
· This is a highly competitive athletic program; all CCISD athletic code policies and code of conduct policies will be strictly enforced.
· We must have a copy of your Birth Certificate on file.
· Everyone must bring a copy of a utility bill (gas, electric, water) for compliance notebook - Dated after May 1, 2016
· Helmet checklist must be signed and returned
· Being clean shaven and have hair cut on 1st Day of Meetings is required (July 25th).
· Physical must be completed and all paperwork completed/returned before student will be allowed to participate.
· PAPF- Any transfer student or freshmen student not from a CSHS feeder school must fill one out and return to Coach Dailey.
· Each athlete needs to bring a towel (doesn’t have to be new) to be donated to the towel bin for showers.
· Grades- 5 credits preceding semester or be up with class
· 9th Grade- Must pass classes and Starr / no promotions
Labor Day-Sept. 5th – All teams will practice:
Varsity/Sub-Varsity 8:00 am to 11:00 am
Freshmen 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
