What: Utility-administered conservation programs funded by natural gas and electric ratepayers
1. Whole house conservation programs(sign up by calling 1-877-WISE-USE)
- Home Energy Solutions (HES) $75 co-pay for in-home weatherization plus rebates and financing for insulation and appliances. Open to renters and owners heating with natural gas, electricity, propane, or oil. Co-pay subject to adjustment based on available funding.
- HES Income Eligible (formerly WRAP/Helps)- free in-home assistance (all heating fuels)
- Other income-eligible programs-

- Natural gas boiler/integrated water heater- $300 rebate for EnergyStar/ 85% AFUE or greater
- Heat pump water heater (to replace electric water heating)- $400 rebate for EnergyStar
- Central Air Conditioning- up to $500 rebate through Home Energy Solutions (HES)
- High efficiency gas furnace- $500 rebate for Energy Star and 92% AFUE (through HES)
- Ductless heat pump heater-$500/$1000 (electric homes only)

Low-interest (0% or 2.99%) loans for measures recommended by Home Energy Solutions. Loans from $2,500 to $20,000 available for insulation, heating and cooling systems, air/duct-sealing.
