In the name of the State of Maine, County of Franklin, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Jay, in said County, qualified to vote in Town affairs, to meet in the Jay Community Building, in said Town, on Monday, the 24 th day of April A.D. 2006 at 9:00 A.M. in the forenoon, then and there to act on the following articles to wit:
ARTICLE 1
To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting.
ARTICLE 2
To choose by ballot the following Town Officers, for the ensuing year in accordance with Title 30-A Section 2528, of the Revised Statutes of Maine for the year 1964 and amendments thereto, to wit: Two Selectmen, Assessors, and Overseers of the Poor, First & Second for three years: and Two Members of the School Board for three years:

"Explanation: The school administrative unit's contribution to the total cost of funding public education from kindergarten to grade 12 as described in the Essential Programs and Services Funding Act is the amount of money determined by state law to be the minimum amount that a municipality must raise in order to receive the full amount of state dollars."
