EDITED AND PROGRESSING CONSISTENT THROUGH 2013
THIS IS A DOCUMENT FROM ROB-FILES.COM EDITED January 2, 2013
Hyperlink #1 of 2 - AUGUST 2012 CORRECTION= STATS ARE IN 2009 ONLY
TYPICAL REPORT GRAPHS for www.rob-profile.com
THIS URL CHANGED TO WWW.ROB-FILES.COM ON MAY 26, 2010
EDITED August 30, 2012 … MOST ALL DATA AND STATS HAVE PROGRESSED WITH STATE and FEDERAL THROUGH 2013 … FOR STATISTICS REPORTS WWW.ROB-FILES.COM …
August 2012 –The following graph reports range from July 2009 through November 2009 (with continuous updating) that are obviously excellent examples of the (valid evidence) and the extent of monitoring/knowledge. This is just a BRIEF example of the consistency of Government, State, Military and other organizations that monitor the website on a CONTINUOUS basis. Obviously, if the situation did not exist exactly per the www.rob-files.com, these statistics would not exist either … plus I would have been sued for detriment. However, instead, the main (CONSISTENT PLAYERS) are on the website continuously (since the web site initiation in 2003) …
Again, this is a very brief example of a great library since the web site began. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, ORGANIZATIONS and various FOREIGN AGENCIES ARE CONTINUOUS.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THESE ADDRESSES THAT I AM POINTING OUT
(OUT OF THOUSANDS) ARE NUMEROUS VISITS THAT ARE CONTINUOUS ‘PER
DAY’ AND MOST ARE ORGANIZATIONS, AGENCIES, ETC. THAT ARE REPRESENTATIVE
OF THAT ORGANIZATION OR AGENCY, ETC. AND ARE BEING PRINTED EXTREMELY MULTIPLE.
FOLLOWING SOON WILL BE COMPARISON REPORTS PRIOR, DURING AND AFTER INCIDENTS ‘AND SITUATIONS’ SUCH AS ‘OPERATION BLACK RAIN’.
ALSO, ADDITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS OF THESE ADDRESSES SUCH AS dhs.gov = The Department of Homeland Securities, ETC.
R.B.

FIRST, please be reminded of these quotes within the web site:
#1
I remember one of the beginning FBI appointments in 1993, the embarrassment of trying so desperately explaining unconventional details for help.
THESE CASES ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR NORMAL EXPLANATION OR CHANNELS THAT WE WOULD ATTEMPT.
Quote from later in this report:
My wife and I started personal appointments with the FBI in 1993. At first, there was great concern and the matters were taken very seriously. Gradually, it turned into vagueness, lack of empathy and unprofessional. It became very apparent that this was not a favorable situation for the FBI. (This was after several appointments, written reports and conversations). Continued very specific and recorded contact was maintained with the special supervisor agent.
On August 2, 1996 (three years after our initial personal meetings, documents and phone contacts with the FBI) I received a letter from the Los Angeles Bureau of Investigation informing me that, "there would be no further investigations and that they had turned the situation over to the United States Department Of Justice, Washington D.C.".
IMPORTANT: The FBI held on to this case for approximately three years before turning it over to D.C. and did so immediately after our initial appointment with Congressman Royce's office. Just prior to the following letter (Hyperlinked on the report), Supervisory Special Agent Don Kelly was concerned and inquired by phone: “What did Congressman Royce say”?
#2
The ongoing Federal attentions of this report and lack handling are not only apparent ... but so are the astronomical liabilities and politics. Total closure would have otherwise occurred long ago.
In addition to the organizations, people and places as published in this report, the type of Satellite Electronics design always had the specific unmistakable I.D.
In other words, the disgusting, sloppy audible – visual – TORTUROUS frequencies are in total disregard of content, times, locations and situations – i.e. work, travel, Grandchildren, Parents visits, bedroom, bathroom, etc … no intelligence, no bravery, no sense ... absolutely beyond Government operations … Horrible.
There is usually some good redeeming potential or SENSE in most people and organizations but the folks running this Electronic Abuse program are extremely disturbed and bring attentions that endanger even their own.
#3
I cannot overemphasize the LUNACY of the groups that run this sick program as per this report. The EXACT DETAILS of the surveillance, terrorist - pictorial and audible capabilities of this satellite design and HOW, IN GODS NAME, it has LASTED this long is totally INCONCEIVABLE.
The “bazaar to explain encryption” is very old, ridicules and obsolete
#3
Terrorist and/or criminal organizations are not normal or conventional. They do not intend to structure their operations in an easy to explain, non-encrypted manner. The more serious of their intent and liabilities reflects the seriousness and bizarreness of the explanations. This can be especially applicable with high tech electronics.
Never been signs of bravery, intelligence or just basic common sense. There seems to be no self redeeming qualities with the organizations that run this pathetic business either; just sort of a criminal/occult low mentality.
FOLLOWING VERY BRIEF EXAMPLE OF AN ENTIRE LIBRARY OF CONSISTENT STATISTICS ------WWW.ROB-PROFILE.COM (THE OLD URL):
AGAIN, THESE ARE EXAMPLES ONLY SINCE THE WEB SITE INITIATION IN 2003.
BELOW AND AFTER THIS FIRST TIME POSTING OF THESE STATISTICS ON NOVEMBER 10, 2009, I WILL ADD SOME THAT HAVE BEEN HELD AND ALSO CERTAIN SELECTED UPDATING ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS.
A GREAT AMOUNT OF ADDRESSES RANGE FROM THE VERY STANDARD TO THE VERY TOP SECRET, SUSPICIOUS AND/OR SURPRISING … SOMEWHAT OVERWHELMING CONSIDERING THE IMPORTANCE AND LENGTH OF TIME OF THIS CASE.
I THINK THAT THIS WILL SPELL THINGS OUT VERY SPECIFICALLY.
