Technical Account Manager

Cresco Data is an exciting start-up in the eCommerce space. Headquartered in Singapore it works across industry verticals to deliver Omni-channel marketing services to clients across Asia Pacific. Cresco Data is based in Tanjong Pagar. This is a unique opportunity to work in an agile market-leading start-up in a fast growing sector.

Responsibilities:

Working with a wide range of businesses in the APAC region to on-board and account manage Cresco Data clients

Technical Account Manager duties:

Work closely with sales, tech, customers and marketplaces

●Client on-boarding

oEnsure all clients get on-boarded swiftly and efficiently

oFirst line of client account support

●Project management

oManage the client work delivery in time and on-budget

oOwn and improve internal processes including on-boarding, customer care

oOwn the helpdesk

●Relationship building

oDevelop and grow relationships with publishing partners including advertising agencies & marketplaces

oDevelop relationships with customers

●Subject matter expert

oDeep understanding of The CrescoData Platform

oDevelop and grow knowledge of the publishing destinations e.g. marketplaces, Google, digital ad networks

oGather customer feedback to assist with product development

●Revenue

oManage and grow client revenue by upselling new products and services

▪Will have a monthly subscription target

oConduct quarterly reviews to ensure customers are actively using CrescoData Services & to spot opportunities to improve performance

Retention

oOwn churn numbers

Skills and Qualifications:

-Degree qualified

-Singapore PR or resident

-Fluent in Mandarin or one other Asian language

-Passion for technology

-Demonstrated use of project management systems e.g. Asana, 10,00- ft

-Analytical, with the ability to present and explain marketing data and trends

-Experience in a customer facing role

-Ideally worked in a digital agency or eCommerce business

-Organised good attention to detail
