SUBJECT:Correction to the meeting time for the Janitorial Services Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
For the benefit of all prospective vendors and to avoid possible confusion in submitting information for Janitorial Services, the following correction to the meeting time for the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is indicated in the Ad below:
The HARRIS CENTER For Mental Health and IDD (formally known as Mental Health Mental Retardation Authority of Harris County) will be accepting proposals for the following:
AGENCY WIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES
Specifications may be secured from The HARRIS CENTER, Purchasing Department located at 9401 SW Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074; telephone (713) 970-7116 and/or via The HARRIS CENTER website beginning Tuesday, May 10, 2016. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 @ 10:00 9:00 a.m., 9401 Southwest Freeway. Site visits are also mandatory, schedule is Wednesday, May 18 to Friday, May 20. Deadline for prospective vendors to submitquestions to this RFP is Thursday, May 26, 2016. Proposals must be submitted to Purchasing Services, 9401 SW Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 by 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in a sealed envelope marked "PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL - TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 2016, “AGENCY WIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES ".
