The Commonwealth Tax Department requires The South Coast Pastel Society to withhold 48% of the value of any painting sold unless the artist has an ABN or is a Hobbyist.

  1. The painting/s I have submitted to this exhibition have been produced by my own hand with no assistance from any other party, and without tutelage or during a workshop/lesson with any other person.
  2. The painting/s I have submitted to this exhibition are at least 75 % pastel.
  3. The painting/s I have submitted to this exhibition have been produced recently and not previously exhibited.
  4. The digital image/s of the work I am submitting is a true and accurate representation of the actual painting/s.
  5. I agree to the withdrawal of my painting/s if they are presented in a non-professional standard or if it is found they do not conform to one or more of the above statements.
  6. I agree that my name, contact details and all images that I have uploaded can be displayed by the SCPS on their website and for other advertising.
