SWEETBRIAR FOREST HOAPOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

.Pool hours are from 8am – 8pm daily.

.This is a private swimming pool by key entrance only. It is for the use of Sweetbriar Forest homeowners/tenants and guests only. Anyone using the facility without authorization is subject to arrest for trespassing.

.NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Anyone using this pool does so at their own risk. SFHOA shall not be responsible for any accidents or injuries in or around the pool. Use of the pool indicates acceptance of these conditions.

.Children under fourteen (14) years old must be accompanied by an adult. Also, it is stressed by the state that adults should not swim alone.

.Guests shall be limited to ONE (1) per individual per unit. It is realized that from time to time you may have unexpected guests which number more than permitted. In a spirit of cooperation, the HOA does not wish to prevent anyone from using the facilities; however, residents are urged to keep occurrences to a minimum.

.The pool may not be used for private adult/children parties or groups.

.Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool. If broken glass is found in the pool, the pool must be closed, drained, cleaned, and refilled. This will be charged to the homeowner or tenant who is responsible.

.Trash, rocks, furniture and other objects are not to be thrown into the pool at any time. Trash and refuse should be placed in the proper receptacles.

.Cutoffs and unfinished bottoms are prohibited, because the loose threads clog the filter pump.

.Skateboards, scooters, and bikes will not be allowed in the pool or deck area.

.Before using toys in the water (rafts, floats, water guns etc), take into consideration the number of people using the pool. There is not always room for everyone and everything.

.Running, shoving, and other dangerous forms of horseplay in or around the pool will result in barring violators from the pool area for a specific period of time.

.Wake County requirements call for the safety rope to be across the pool at all times. Please do not hang on or remove the rope.

.Only battery operated radios should be used at the pool and should be played at a reasonably soft level, so as not to disturb other swimmers in the pool area. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

.No one at any time shall tamper or remove any part of the pool or pool area.

.No pets are allowed inside the pool fence at any time.

.Violations to these rules may result in loss of privileges to use this facility for up to twelve (12) months, by order of the Board of Directors. Also, any homeowner or tenant that is not up to date with their homeowners’ dues, assessments, late charges, etc. will not be eligible for use.

Let’s all work together to keep our pool clean and safe. Thanks!
