National Firearms Act Assets

Transfer of an NFA Firearm becomes legally effective upon approval by the BATFE with issuance of a tax stamp. It is my intent that prior to that time this Schedule under the terms of my trust serves as an assignment of equitable interest in such firearm to my trust.

Therefore, I, the undersigned, do hereby transfer, convey and assign all my right, title, and interest in and to the NFA firearms listed below to my trust named herein that may legally be held in my trust and that may, by this assignment and Schedule, be transferred to and held by my trust. From time to time my Trustee may update this Schedule A to reflect transfers of NFA firearms to or from my trust.
