Is anyone doing any research on the White families in Clay county? I

am particularily interested in four families:

1. Lenneps Tennessee Cox who m. Sheff White. She went by the name

Tennessee. They were married December 11, 1875. I have no other

information on their descendants.

2. Ellen Jane Delph who m. Alex White on Feb 28, 1884. they had

five children annie, Robert, Myrtle, Joseph, and Amelia. of these

five children in the 1900 census Myrtle, Joseph and Amelia are living

with their grandmother America Delph Ellen and Alex are gone and so

are Annie and Robert.

3. Annie Delph who m. John Crit White Feb 11, 1881 I know that Annie

and John lived on hwy 11 and had children, however they are no where

to be found. They are not located in any census. However, my

grandfather remembers the house where they lived. I do know that if

they were to be in a census it would have to be Clay County as my

grandfather lived further out on hwy 11 and his family showed up in

the 1920 and eariler Clay county censuses.

4. Martha Bundy who also married a John Critt White they had the

following children: Edward, Amanda, Carrie, Lucy, John and Daugh

White.

any information on these four families would be greatly appreciated.

We belive they were all related but I'm not sure how.

Cassy.
