What:

A comprehensive sales simulation based off of a real energy project at the Cal Poly campus. Competing teams should expect to follow the whole sales cycle in order to formulate a solution to meet the customer’s demands over the course of the competition. Team members will have to interact with real industry sales professionals and face a variety of scenarios in order to come up with the best solution. The overall competition will be judged by sales managers from leading HVAC companies and sales engineers acting as “managers” for competing teams. Look forward to ample networking opportunities and social events taking advantage of Cal Poly’s location on the central coast of California as well as two skill seminars led by sales engineering professionals. At the end of the competition, prize money will be awarded to the top 3 teams at a banquet Saturday night.
