The March meeting of the Delaware State Clearinghouse Committee (DSCC) was called to order on March 20, 2008 by Senator Nancy W. Cook at 9:00 AM.

A MOTION was made by Russell Larson, seconded by Representative Oberle, to approve the 2.0 ASF positions for the Office of Workers’ Compensation. The Motion passed unanimously.
A MOTION was made by Representative Oberle, seconded by Senator Ennis, to approve only 1.0 ASF position requested for the Office of Labor Law Enforcement. The Motion passed with one member not voting, Kim Wheatley.
