– TERMS AND CONDITIONS –

Bookings

A booking is considered final when all the information for the event has been given in writing. In addition, a deposit of €10 per guest must be made.

Bookings must be confirmed 7 days prior to the date of the event, specifying the exact number of guests, time of arrival, and the menu chosen. The number of guests and the price of the chosen menu will be used as a basis for any possible cancellations.

- If a booking has been made for X number of people, that number of people will be charged for if no prior notification has been made of any changes.

- In the case of a delay of 45 minutes after the scheduled time of arrival, a supplement of €450 will be charged to cover staff expenses and drinks.

Payment method

A non-refundable deposit of €10 per guest must be made upon confirmation of the service.

The remaining amount to be paid for the event must be done at least 48 hours before the event itself.

Payments must be made in cash, banker’s cheque, bank transfer or by credit card.

Invoicing

The number of confirmed guests will be the minimum for which the client will be invoiced.

In the case of extra people attending the event, thus exceeding the original number confirmed, the person responsible for the event must be notified of this modified number so that the invoice can be adjusted accordingly.
