PROJECTS COMPLETED
Migration of Materials Management Software
Played a major role in the migration of warehouse data's from oracle 11g to 12g of four Oando drilling rigs making sure that each line item in a particular warehouse is complied and arranged according to their sub-Inventories with quantity on hand and prices maintained. Feb-April 2014
Construction of Rubber Goods Store
This construction was for our offshore Rubber goods, where all layouts, shelves, drawings, location clearly marked out and numbered, `tonnage for specific goods were planned and supervised by me. Making sure the goods stay within 40 degrees F to 80 degrees F (5 Degree C to 25 Degree C) this was done to avoid direct sunlight or artificial light with high ultraviolet content such as fluorescent light. For rubber goods to be stored in a relaxed position always to avoid being stretched or hanged because this will deform the sealing surface. To avoid Ozone because it is extremely harmful to rubber, making sure no equipment in the storage area, which may generate ozone like Mercury vapor lamps, high voltage electricity equipment, and electric motors? Rubber goods are kept clean free of solvents, oils, greases, or any semi-solid or liquid materials. They should be specifically protected against direct contact with manganese, copper, copper alloys even brass. July 2010.
Stock Taking and Full Valuation of Respect Rig
Conducted full physical inventory exercise on Three Thousand Five Hundred (3500) line items on newly bought rig belonging to Oando. Which included counting of items one by one, moving of items to proper locations, changing out torn bin cards, torn zip-locks, reconciliation of overages and shortages, categorization of item sub-inventories, transfer of items from one location to the other, giving values to each line item after count was concluded through the internet to form warehouse value for accounting purposes, general maintenance of shelves and locations and setting up the rig warehouse. Feb 2010-May 2010.
Sorting out Materials, Equipment Meant for Drilling
This project involved sorting, arranging and transferring of drilling materials and equipment meant to carry out operations from stacked rigs to operating rigs. Identifying tools and equipment, counting and numbering, preparing of cargo manifest, logistics of items, sign out cargo manifest, review journey management with truck drivers and team members, send out Cargo manifest via email to Materials Manager before truck arrive final destination, send out weekly report on materials transferred and their undated value.
