ADDITIONAL AWARDS AND HONORS for Phil Busca:He founded, along with Gordon Reiter and Jim Irwin, the St Louis Metro Masters.Founded the Missouri Track and Cross Country Coaches Association in 1975. He is was elected to the Hall of Fame.(1994) The city of St. Louis High Schoolsestablished "The Phil Brusca Track and Field Invitational" in his name. Phil was elected to theGreater Saint LouisAthleticCoaches Hall of Fame. Phil waselected to the Hall of Fame for National H.S. Coaches in 1998.. 1 Master Multi-Event coordinator for about last 20 years

2 As the engineer and head of research & development at Gill Athletics, Jeff gave javelins, discus, pole vaulting poles and other implements under development to master athletes for their opinion and feedback. Jeff provided implements and poles for 20 + years for all indoor & outdoor national championships.

3 Jeff has acted as the meet director for over 40 national indoor & outdoor combined event championships. He has also acted as meet director for the mid-west region indoor meet many times.

4 Jeff is a USATF certified national level official and has spent 20+/- years officiating NFHS, NCAA and USATF meets at all levels. Officiate at the HS, College, and Masters levels (National Level USATF Official, Wisc HS Official)

There were 80 ballots sent out to the Hall of Fame Committee, 44 ballots were returned, for the first time the committee voted electronically via Survey Monkey. 32 voted on line and 12 voted via email. As a result of the voting the following athletes/administrators are recommended to be inducted into the 2015 Class of the Masters Hall of Fame:

Chairs note: No women were nominated this year, many outstanding women athletes have not met the 10 year qualifier. Hopefully next year there will be women nominated. The Chair reviewed the previous athlete of the year award winner listing and all of the women who have multi year awards are already in the hall of fame.
