Jeff Spiegelman
State Representative Jeff Spiegelman of Clayton was first elected in 2012 to represent in the Delaware House of Representatives the citizens of the 11th District, which includes parts of Clayton, Smyrna, Kenton and Middletown.
As a member of the House, Rep. Spiegelman serves as one of four co-chairmen of the ad hoc, bi-partisan committee, known as the Delaware Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus. He also serves on the ad hoc House Small Business Caucus, as well as on the following standing House committees: Economic Development/Banking/Insurance/Commerce Committee, Housing & Community Affairs Committee, Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee, Judiciary Committee, Revenue & Finance Committee, Veterans Affairs Committee.
Rep. Spiegelman’s membership affiliations outside the General Assembly include the following organizations: Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation; Kenton Ruritan; Civil Air Patrol (Major); and the Republican Jewish Coalition.

C. Scott Kidner
Since 1998, Mr. Kidner has been the principal of C.S. Kidner and Associates/ Capitol Strategies, a full service governmental relations firm, representing clients with issues before all levels of state and local government. Clients include those within the commercial/industrial real estate development community, gaming, along with numerous trade organizations. As a result of his many years of experience, he has been appointed to many study groups and task forces at the state level. Prior to his work in the Assembly and local government, Mr. Kidner served on active duty in the U.S. Army, and then joined the Delaware Army National Guard with a total of 14 years of military service. He was awarded numerous commendations, including the Bronze Star for service during Desert Storm in 1991. Mr. Kidner is very engaged in his local community, having served or currently serving on many non-profit boards in leadership positions that include Rotary, the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, a local K-8 private school, and he was past chairman of the Advisory Council for USO Delaware at Dover Air Force Base. He is a founding member and president of the board of directors for the First State Military Academy. He is married, and has three sons.
