Cost per person
£1970 on a twin/double share half board basis.
(Single Supplement - £370pp)
These prices are based on 20 tourists.
Costs Include
· Scheduled economy flights with:
o Virgin Atlantic Airways: London / Delhi; Mumbai / London;
o Jet Airways: Jaipur / Mumbai.
· All current pre-payable airport taxes and airline fuel surcharges as we know them to be at the time of this initial proposal (£370pp as at 05/03/2014).
· Accommodation on a half board basis:
o Four nights at the Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar, Delhi;
o One night at the Clarks Shiraz Hotel, Agra;
o Three nights at the Radisson Hotel, Jaipur;
o Four nights at the Fariyas Hotel, Mumbai.
· All coach transfers (airports, fixtures, sightseeing etc) in air-conditioned transport.
· Organisation of one practice session, including return transfers from Delhi hotel.
· Organisation of five cricket fixtures as per the itinerary, comprising:
o Return transfers from respective hotels;
o Ground fees;
o Local umpires and a scorer;
o Match lunches, and soft drinks, water, tea and snacks throughout the matches.
· Entrance fees to all sightseeing venues – including jeep drive at Amber Fort in Jaipur.
· English-speaking local guides in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Mumbai.
· Meet and greet and the full liaison of our ground partners in India to assist with the smooth running of the tour.
· Individual kit bag or rucksack (as preferred) with printed tour name and tour destination.
· Indian Government and Service Taxes (subject to any revision(s) effected before travel).

· Team kit bag and one tour leader document/laptop bag.
· A £1pp donation to ClimateCare to partially offset the carbon emissions generated by this tour. ClimateCare will use this partial offset to invest in renewable energy projects and to tackling climate change.
Costs Exclude
· Food and drink other than half board tariff and match refreshments.
· Items of a personal nature ie laundry, telephone calls etc.
· Porterage at airports and hotels.
· Tips to drivers, local guides and hotel staff.
· Travel Insurance.
· Optional Excursions.
· India Visa application – currently £30 per person for UK Nationals plus agency fees.
