The techniques of one-to-one training
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
To provide subject matter experts, who are required to train and assess Apprentice/Learners, the necessary competencies to prepare, structure and conduct one-to-one training in the workplace.
To provide subject matter experts a full understanding of the Competency Based Modular Training methodology used to train Apprentice/Learners in Printing & Packaging Trades.
RATIONALE:
The current mentoring, coaching and assessor training programmes on offer do not address the
critical competencies that subject matter experts require to effectively deliver
one-to-one training and assessment in Printing & Packaging Trades.
FP&M SETA ACCREDITED SKILLS PROGRAMME (FPM-PAAF 7120608)
Delegates need to successfully complete an assignment before receiving a Printing SA/FP&M SETA Certificate of Competence and recognition as Trade Training Instructor

The next IMW Course is scheduled to run from 24 to 26 January 2017This course can also be personalised to run in-house to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 Delegates for a total cost of R 12000 (Excl. VAT and any necessary travel & accommodation costs)
