Re: StPeters/NJIT Invite meet, 2010

I hope the season is going well for you. Mike Massone (St Peters) and I will host my Annual Spring track & field Invitational on Saturday March 20, 2010 at the track & field complex in Lincoln Park, Jersey City, NJ. I will once again use electronic registration (EMAIL), which made for very smooth and efficient meets in past years. Since this will be an NCAA compliance meet, NCAA Division 1 teams will be scored using dual meet format so that it may be used for COMPLIANCE.

The field events will start at 9:00 am and the running events will start at 10:00 am. Meet records and order of events will be posted at the meet web page. Team entry fee will be $200 per team (men & Women, $400) for unlimited entries.

No Awards will be given. Free refreshments will be available for the coaches.

A registration packet/meet entry will be emailed upon receipt of the contract below. The meet web page will keep a tally of contracts received.

Every team submitting a contract will receive an entry form instructions via EMAIL 2 weeks before. ROSTERS/ENTRIES WILL BE DUE ELECTRONICALLY THE Monday BEFORE THE MEET using the Entry procedure emailed to participating teams but updates will be accepted up to the night before.
