TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC LTD. WARRANTY
1. Warranty Coverage
Any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the applicable warranty period, subject to exclusions and limitations set forth in the following paragraphs, shall be repaired by TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC. Warranty coverage applies only to TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC products purchased from and repaired by authorized dealers. Costs covered by the warranty include the cost of parts and labor, but the consumer must pay transportation costs.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and extends 2 years for homeowner use and 90 days for commercial use. Homeowner use is defined as use of the product on the same lot as your home. Use at more than one location is considered commercial use, and the commercial use warranty period applies.
A ninety 90 day warranty applies to over-the-counter replacement parts. Parts replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty period.

4. Persons Covered by the Warranty
Only the original purchaser (other than the purpose of resale) is covered by this warranty.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The following items are not covered under this warranty:
· Cost of regular maintenance service or parts, such as filters, fuel, lubricants, spark plugs, etc.
· Any product or part that has been altered or misused or required replacement or repair due to normal wear, accidents or lack of proper maintenance.
· Any failure are a result of negligence, improper fuel to oil ratio, abuse, improper adjustment, operation of engine speed above recommended RPM, or contaminated fuel.
All repairs covered by this warranty must be performed by an authorized dealer or by TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC.
6. Owner Responsibilities
You must use reasonable care in the maintenance, operation, and storage of the product as explained in the owner’s manual. To obtain service you will be required to transport the product to the nearest authorized dealer.
7. Instructions for Obtaining Warranty Service
Please contact TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC at the above address and phone number to arrange service. Proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required before the product can be repaired.
8. Limitation on Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. ANY ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the previously stated limitations may not apply to you. No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC has the authority to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty.
IF THE PRODUCT IS USED PRIMARILY IN A COMMERCIAL ENDEAVOR, TITAN MECHANICAL, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR GENERAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BODILY INJURIES OR FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF PRODUCTION, EXPENSE OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. THE SAME LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO A PRODUCT USED FOR CONSUMER PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO ALL NONPERSONAL INJURY, GENERAL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
