Training Methods

Once the presentations are completely finalized, they will be posted on the postal intranet. Getting them on the Internet is more complex but doable.
Webinars will begin when at least two sessions are finalized.
The USPS hopes to take the IMU ‘on the road’ to no more than 4-6 cities.
The PCC-in-a-Box series needs to be reviewed and updated. WG 124 will take this on.
The NPF is in may. Pritha’s track will focus on Intelligent Mail® presentations.
Immediate Goals
· Review current IMU
· Determine levels (beginner, intermediate, expert)
· Develop new sessions
Our WG purpose is to review materials prepared by the USPS. We’re expanding that to include recommending additional topics.
Timelines
Need to set timelines for each session
Additional workgroup calls for the next several weeks.
Time constraints should not be our primary focus. We need to focus on the content of the courses while maintaining reasonable time frames.
