There will be a $10 per table charge to vendors; all those participating in the event must be registered.

VENDOR/ EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

ð Set Up: Exhibitors may unload and set up between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20

Exhibitors may also unload and set up between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 21.

ð Tear Down: Exhibitors must tear down and load between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Please do not tear down until 4:00 p.m.

ð Exhibitor Requirements: Please indicate desired number needed in each category. Please indicate NA (not applicable) in the sections that do not apply to you.

ð Sales Tax: Collection of Sales tax is the responsibility of the vendors.
