To improve the electrospinnability of HPSA, PVP was added into HPSA solutions. The morphologies of HPSA nanofibers with different amount of PVP were shown in Figure S1. It could be seen the PVP content in HPSA could exert a powerful impact on the morphology of HPSA nanofibers. The better morphology of HPSA nanofibers can be achieved by using higher content of PVP.

Figure S2. 180° peal strength of HPSA casting film and HPSA electrospinning fibrous film with different amount of PVP
To apply in transdermal patches, HPSA electrospinning film should have certain adhesive strength. The 180° peal strength of HPSA casting film and HPSA electrospinning fibrous film with different amount of PVP (25 × 200 mm) were measured by Testometric AX M350-10KN Materials Testing Machine (Testometric Company, Germany) at a peel rate of 300 mm/min at 25 °C, and results were shown in Figure S2. The 180° peal strength of HPSA casting film with thickness of 55 μm was about 11 N/ 25mm. Apparently, the PVP content in HPSA fibrous films could exert a strong influence on their adhesive properties. The increase of the content of PVP fibrous films decreased the adhesive properties. Under similar condition, the 180° peal strengths of HPSA fibrous film with 10%, 30% and 50% PVP were about 6.6, 3.0 and 1.6 N/ 25mm, respectively.
