NOTE:

1Booth allocation is on the basis of “first apply, first reserve”. Please fill in the Booth Rental Contract and then kindly fax back to Party A. Party B signs this Contract with Party Aand make the full payment within 3 workdays. Party A shall not reserve the booth for Party B who doesn’t make the payment within the deadline. Party A reserves the right to cancel the exhibition of Party B whose exhibits have no relation with meat industry. (Note: Please provide with the copy of your business license for the first time participation.)

3The cancellation deadline is Sept. 27, 2017. A cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total rental amount will be deducted by Party A as the charge. Party A will not refund any payment after the deadline.

4The contract is in two originals and each party reserves one. It takes effect after both sides’ signature.

Party A shall reserve the right to ask for the balance of the booth rental fee of Party B and the related costs it may concern if Party B cancels its participation except for the force majeure.
