CASE #10-4226 LARCENYOn Sunday, October 24, 2010, Deputy Baggett responded to a business in Newburg in regards to a larceny complaint. A subject was seen taking items from the business. This is a continuing investigation.
CASE #10-4231 BURGLARYOn Sunday, October 24, 2010, Sgt Turner received a call from a resident of the Kingwood area who stated that money had been stolen from her purse at her residence.
CASE #10-4237 LARCENYOn Monday, October 25, 2010, Cpl Dotson responded to Campground Road near Tunnelton in regards to a burglary complaint. Truck parts had been stolen.
CASE #10-4263 LARCENYOn Tuesday, October 26, 2010, Cpl Pritt responded to a larceny complaint at a business near Tunnelton. Copper wire was stolen. This is a continuing investigation.

CASE #10-4273 SUSPICIOUS EVENTOn Tuesday, October 26, 2010, Deputy Rodeheaver received a call from a Bruceton Mills resident who reported that a wine colored van was seen in the area recently. Three young males were in the van and were going to residences and were stating that they were installing carpets for Lowes. Residents are reminded to be cautious of possible scams.
CASE #10-4275 RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTYOn Wednesday, October 27, 2010, Cpl Tichnell responded to the Aurora area in regards to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle had been reported stolen earlier that day. This is a continuing investigation.
