Thursday, January 21 - Depart from your home city on the evening of January 21
Friday, January 22 – en route to Manila – meals served en route to Manila
Day 1 SAT January 23 – Arrival in Manila. Transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Cebu.
Arrival in Cebu - the Queen City of the South and the gateway to the Visayas. Rest or go the IEC Village for early delegate registration. Welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Harold’s Hotel. (D)
Day 2 SUN January 24 – Breakfast at the hotel. Morning till early afternoon at leisure.Opening Mass at Plaza Independencia. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight at Harold’s Hotel.(BD)
Day 3 MON January 25– Breakfast at the hotel. Wholeday IEC activity at the Pavilion in the Eucharistic Village and the Media Center. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at Harold’s Hotel. (BD)(*lunch coupons included in the IEC kits)
Day 4 TUE January 26–Breakfast at the hotel. Wholeday IEC activity at the Pavilion in the Eucharistic Village. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Harold’s hotel. (BD)(*lunch coupons included in the IEC kits)
Day 5 WED January 27–Breakfast at the hotel. Morning IEC activity at the Pavilion in the Eucharistic Village. Depart for Parish encounters in the afternoon. Dinner and cultural show in a parish. Overnight at Harold’s Hotel. (B)(*lunch coupons included in the IEC kits & dinner are provided free by the parishes)
Day 6 THU January 28 – Breakfast at the hotel. Morning IEC activity at the Pavilion in the Eucharistic Village and the Media Center.VisitaIglesia in the evening visiting seven city churches. Overnight Harold’s Hotel. (B)(*lunch coupons included in the IEC kits)
Day 7 FRI January 29- Breakfast at the hotel. Wholeday IEC activity at the Pavilion in the Eucharistic Village and the Media Center. Transfer to Capitol Building for Holy Eucharist celebration to be followed by a procession to Plaza Independencia. Overnight at Harold’s Hotel. (B)(*lunch coupons included in the IEC kits)
Day 8 SAT January 30–Breakfast at the hotel. Wholeday IEC activity at the Pavilion in the Eucharistic Village and the IEC Pavilion. Transfer to Cebu City Sports Centre for Eucharistic celebrationand Sinulog presentation afterwards. Overnight at Harolds Hotel. (B)(*lunch coupons included in the IEC kits)
Day 9 SUN January 31– Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to South Road Properties for StatioOrbis scheduled at 1000H.End of Eucharistic Congress. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight at Harold’s Hotel. (BD)
Day 10 MON February 1 – Breakfast at the hotel. Depart hotel for Cebu and Mactan twin city tour. Tour includes Cebu’s important landmarks: Fort San Pedro; Magellan’s Cross, Basilica del Sto Nino (Infant Jesus), Shrine of St. Pedro Calungsod, Casa Gorordo Museum, home of the first Filipino Bishop in Cebu, Juan Gorordo. Then on to discover the historical island ofMactan. Early dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Harold’s Hotel. (BLD)
Day 11 TUE February 2 – Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure until transfer to Mactan Airport for flight to Boracay. Long stretches of powdery white sand, crystal clear waters and casual, carefree lifestyle combined make Boracay the most famous island in the Philippines. Arrive Caticlan Airport. Land and boat transfer to Boracay Island.Welcome dinner in Boracay. Overnight at the SeawindBoracay Resort. (BD)
Day 12 WED February 3 – Breakfast at the hotel. Wholeday at leisure to enjoy the sun, sea and sand.Overnight at Sea WindBoracay Resort. (BD)
Day 13 THU February 4 – Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure until transfer to Caticlan Airport for flight to Manila. Arrive Manila the Capital of the Philippines.Shopping at the Mall of Asia. Dinner at local restaurant.Overnight at the Best Western Antel Hotel. (BD)
Day 14 FRI February 5 – Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Tagaytay and Old Manila combination tour.To Tagaytay for a panoramic view of the smallest volcano (Taal Volcano)known in the world and its scenic surroundings. Proceed to GBR Museum, which contains the most extensive collection of 19th century and 20th century Philippine photographs and 15th-20th century rare books, maps, and prints. Then visit plant nurseries which Tagaytay is known for. Tour also visits Puzzle Mansion, home to the museum where you can find the record-breaking puzzle collection of Ms. Gina Gil Lacuna. Lunch at Sonia’s Garden then transfer back to Manila. Tour of Old Manila upon arrival. Among the sights are Rizal Park and the Quirino Grandstand; historic Fort Santiago; and the Manila Cathedral. Lunch at a local restaurant . Dinner with cultural show at a local restaurant in the evening. Overnight at the Best Western Anel Hotel. (BLD)
Day 15 SAT February 6– Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free at leisure for some last minute shopping before your transfer to the international airport for your flight back home. (B)
