Items consigned must be in good condition, clean, on hangers or nicely folded. If items must be cleaned the consignor will be a charged $25.00 cleaning fee. This will be deducted from the consignors first check.

The Show Shop reserves the right to refuse items that are in unsatisfactory condition. These items include ones that are damaged or stained.

The Show Shop reserves the right to accept reasonable offers on items.

The Show Shop reserves the right to periodically hold sales

The Show Shop may display items on our website or social media pages.

The Show Shop reserves the right to discount items that were originally priced at $100 or less that have not sold after 18 months without contacting the consignor. If the items are $101 or more, the consignor will be contacted to see if the owner would like the items sent back, discounted or donated.

The consignor will receive 70% of the final selling price (this will include deducting credit card fees) and The Show Shop will receive 30%.

All consignment checks will be prepared at the end of each month and will be mailed to the consignor by the 10th of the following month.

Consignor is responsible for all shipping charges. You may request to have your items returned after the item(s) have not sold for 1 year, however, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

The Show Shop will not hold responsibility for theft or damage to or destruction of merchandise on consignment items that could occur as a result of fire, flood or any other major events outside of the control of The Show Shop. The consignor agrees to not hold The Show Shop accountable for these events.

By signing below, you are agreeing that you have carefully read this consignment agreement and allow my items to be consigned under this policy.
