Passport to Fitness- MC hits the Beach
Over the nine weeks, you will (theoretically) travel from Montgomery College to various beach destinations. You can do this by remaining physically active during the Summer; attending any of our wellness classes, working out in the fitness center or at your gym, doing 30 min. of physical activity such as swimming, biking, playing with the kids,etc. Each activity earns you miles that will help you travel to our various destinations.
As you reach each of these destinations, send me a “postcard” via email and I’ll enter your name in a drawing for some great grand prize drawings – the more destinations you reach, the more chances you have to win.
By the end of the 9-week challenge, you will have traveled to some great beach destinations.

100 miles- every wellness class/activity
100 miles- every MC fitness center visit
100 miles- keeping a food journal (100 miles per each week)
50 miles- gym visit (outside of MC)
50 miles- 30 min. of physical activity (playing with kids, swimming, running, biking)
50 miles- Stress Reduction activity (massage, meditation, favorite hobby)
10 miles- drinking at least 64oz. water daily
10 miles- beauty treatment (facials, mani/pedi, haircut)
