Moulton Fields FC would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your club to what we consider will be one of the Premier Youth Tournaments of the summer in Northamptonshire.

The 3rd Annual Moulton Fields FC 6-Aside Football Tournament, will be held on the weekend of 11th & 12th June 2011 at the Old Scouts, Rushmere Rd
Northampton, NN1 5RY

The age groups (per Season 2010-11) are as follows:

Saturday June 11th ~ U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 & open age Ladies

Sunday June 12th ~U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, & Men

On the day, all players will need to be members of the club they represent and proof of this must be available, if requested. Any guest players must be authorised by M.F.F.C. Maximum 9 players per squad.

The Under 7’s & 8’s will be non-competitive in accordance with FA guidelines and all players in these age groups will receive a memento of the day. We will have cup & plate format for U9’s- U14’s

Due to popular demand, we will initially allow only one team per age group per club.

The entry fees will be £30 per team

Closing date is 20th April 2011. You will be informed if your entry is successful or not after this date – No refunds will be given if you withdraw from the tournament after.

If the event has to be cancelled/abandoned due to bad weather no refunds will be given although every effort will be made for the tournament to proceed.

Please fully complete the attached entry form and return with a cheque made payable to Moulton Fields Football Club to the Tournament Registration Secretary. This form is also available to download on our website.
