UPDATES
1.  Advanced PL/SQL OR102 Training
(T. Cross) / Training session will be tech staff. Sessions 8AM until 5PM. May adjust end time as appropriate. Instructor had no great concern with close timing of previous training and advanced training.
2.  Project Staffing Budgets & Process/Guidelines
12/14/04 – 1:00 p.m.
KILC – Room 2068 / Donna Esterly will present final plan/process for requesting staffing needs for Banner implementation. Team leaders will be required to track time & document implementation activity throughout project.
3.  Banner 7 Review
12/14/04 – 2:00 p.m.
KILC – Room 2068 / Pat Kurisko to present overview of new Banner 7 upgrade and discuss major differences/improvements. Full Implementation Team must decide whether to launch Banner 7 rather than version 6 and then upgrade later.
4.  Banner 7 Conference Call with SCT Techs
12/15/04 – 2:00 p.m.
KILC – Room 2068 / SCT tech staff will be available via conference call to discuss questions and concerns related to benefits, stability and risk factors. Impact on training and end-users may be determinant.
5.  Banner General Person Overview
12/16/04 – 2:00 p.m.
KILC – Jones Room / Pat K. will present overview to all interested staff. Should provide useful info regarding general personal information for Data Standards Team. Banner offers a letter-generation tool that may address specific labeling/appearance needs for Advancement.

March 6-9, 2005
Honolulu, Hawaii / Target group is project co-managers, technical staff, finance team leader, and other initial module team leaders (Eileen, Dona M., Sandy S., Mary N., Troy, Donna W., and Catherine). Deadline is 12/1/04 for Early Bird Registration rate. Other user-group regional sessions are held throughout year for other staff to attend. Orlando, FL is site for 2006 Summit.
