With the arrest of accused Mukesh@ Ramesh @ Kalu s/o Late Chunni Lal r/o B-4/133 Sultan Puri, Delhi aged 19 years Police Station: - North Rohini, Outer District, Delhi has worked out case of Broad day light robbery committed on main Madhuban Chowk, Rithala Road near Rohini West Metro Station The sequence of events: - On 11.02.2012 while H. Ct. Dinesh Kumar of P.S. North Rohini was on patrolling duty near Rohini West Metro Station, Delhi he saw a youth youths grappling with other near the Metro Station. Finding the activity abnormal activities the Head Constable neared the spot in the meantime the three youths started running from the spot. Head Constable observing something suspicious followed them and apprehended one of them now identified as Mukesh @ Ramesh above.
On inquiries another boy who told his name Sh. Shanni Som s/o Sh. Raj Kumar Som r/o H No.128 House of Ram Pat Village Rithala, Delhi reported that at about 8.45 A.M. he was standing near Metro Station Rohini West at about 11.15 A.M. three boys came and finding him standing alone near Metro Pillar surrounded him and pushed forcibly him in a corner near pillar.
After threatening him one of the culprits forcibly took out his Purse, Gold ring and Mobile phone and then ran away toward Madhuban Chowk. On his raising of alarm HC Dinesh Kumar apprehended one of the culprits Mukesh @ Dinesh after following him to some distance. Robbed Mobile Phone, Gold ring and Purse has been recovered from the accused. A case vide FIR No.54/12, dated 11.02.2012, u/s 392/411/34 I.P.C, P.S North Rohini was registered in this regard and investigation was taken up. Efforts are being made to arrest the remaining co-accused persons.

Profile of the accused:

The accused Ramesh is a early school dropout and as his previous involvement suggests he is a defiant character with no respect for law and society. He was first arrested in a case of attempt to murder in year 2006 and even thereafter being he showed no sign of remorse or corrective approach. In year 2011 and 2012 he has been consequently arrested in four cases of causing hurt with dangerous weapons and attempt to murder. Confirming that accused is addicted to commit roadside violent crime and inflicting grave and serious injuries to person of others. He is a menace and threat to the peaceful society.Involvements of accused Ramesh @ Kalu :

NOTORIOUS AUTO-LIFTER/BURGLARS ARRESTED, STOLEN CAR, GOLD/ SILVER ORNAMENTS WORTH RUPEES 1.5 LACS RECOVERED AND TWO CASES WORKED OUT.

With the arrest of two persons namely 1. Vinod Yadav @ Sahil @ Badshah (Age 22 Years) S/o Jogeshwar Yadav R/o H. No. 95, Pana Kilod Mohalla Samai Prur Badli, Delhi and (2) Rakesh Kumar ( Age-42 Years) S/o Late Kewal Krishan Sharma R/o E-2/97, Sector -11, Rohini, Delhi, Special Staff of Outer District has worked out 02 case of MV Theft and house burglary. On Maruti Esteem car and gold/silver ornaments worth Rs. 1.5 lacs were recovered from the possession of the accused

BRIEF FACTS:

On 13.02.12 a team of Special staff Outer District was present in Sector-5, Rohini behind Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital received secret information that two persons are roaming in the area in a Maruti Esteem Car No. DL-6CH-2377 and they are trying to sell some silver ornaments which are stolen one. On this information the team of Special Staff comprising of SI Surender, HC Surender, HC Narender, HC Yogesh, HC Rishi Ram, HC Suresh, HC Deva Nand, HC Laxman, Ct. Hari Chand and Ct. Parminder under the leadership of Inspr. Tilak Chand was constituted under the supervision of Ved Prakash, ACP/Ops and a trap was laid at service road behind Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital to nab the criminals. At about 05.45 PM a Maruti Esteem Car No. DL-6CH-2377 was stopped by raiding party in which two persons were present. On interrogation their names were revealed as 1. Vinod Yadav @ Sahil @ Badshah (Age 22 Years) S/o Jogeshwar Yadav R/o H. No. 95, Pana Kilod Mohalla Samai Prur Badli, Delhi and (2) Rakesh Kumar ( Age-42 Years) S/o Late Kewal Krishan Sharma R/o E-2/97, Sector -11, Rohini, Delhi. Vinod Yadav was driving the car. They were asked to produce the ownership documents of the car but no ownership documents were found with them. On verification the car was found stolen from the area of Mahendra park vide FIR No. 48/12 u/s 379 IPC PS Mahendera Park, Delhi. On search of car silver and other items were also recovered. Cash rupees 25,000/- was also recovered from the possession of accused Vinod. On interrogation it revealed that they committed a burglary in a flat at MCD flats Sector-4, Rohini on the intervening night of 10/11.02.12 regarding this case FIR No. 46/12 dated 11.02.12 u/s 457/380 IPC was found registered at PS Vijay Vihar, Delhi. Gold ornaments of this burglary were deposited by them in a branch of Muthoot Finance, Sector-11, Rohini where accused Rakesh Kumar given his original ID. Both accused was arrested u/s 41.1 CrPC. All the stolen items were seized from their possession.

He has two brothers. He is a drug addict since last 4-5 years and use drug injections. He earlier arrested twice in Delhi.

A GANG OF ACTIVE BURGLAR BUSTED

WITH THE ARREST OF BURGLARS WAZID S/O SAJARUL HAQ R/O HOUSE NO.5/121. JJ COLONY, BHALSWA DAIRY,DELHI, 2) WAHID S/O SAJARUL HAQ R/O HOUSE NO.5/121, JJ COLONY, BHALSWA DAIRY, DELHI, 3) NARENDER KUMAR S/O VINOD PARSAD R/O HOUSE NO.1313, CHHOLE WALI GALI, RAJOKARI PAHARI, DELHI, 4) GHANSHYAM S/O RAMJI LAL R/O HOUSE NO.C-424, MAIN MARKET, NATHUPURA, DELHI AND 5) NAVNEET KUMAR S/O HARVANSH LAL R/O HOUSE NO.596, PARMANAND COLONY, MUKHARJEE NAGAR, DELHI, OUTER DISTRICT POLICE HAD BUSTED A GANG OF BURGLARS WHO WERE COMMITTING BURGLARIES IN THE GODOWNS IN THE JURISDICTION OF PS S.P BADLI. 41 PAPER ROLLS WORTH RS. 3 LAC ALONGWITH TEMPO MOHINDRA CHAMPION USED FOR COMMITTING CRIME RECOVERED.

INCIDENT/BRIEF FACTS:

During the month of November, December-2011 and January-2012, there was spurt in the incidents of burglary in the godowns of PS S P Badli. It was found that the locks of the godowns were changed by the burglars and the stolen goods were being removed in hired private carriers. A similar type of burglary was reported on 9.2.12 regarding theft of 50 paper rolls from Super India Products godown situated at Village Budh Pur Khera Kalan Delhi. Case FIR No 49 dated 9.2.12 u/s 454/380 IPC PS S P Badli was registered and investigation taken up.

TEAM AND ARREST

In order to nab the burglars, a team comprising of HC Sudhir No 1535/OD, Const Deepak No 2531/OD and Const H. Raju No 812/OD was constituted under the supervision SHO S P Badli. They were given the specific task of verification and identification of tempo carriers who usually operate in the area of Police Station S P Badli. During the process of verification of hired tempo drivers, it was found that driver Sanjay Gupta s/o Baij Nath r/o A-2/270, Bhalaswa Dairy, Delhi was hired by the burglars a deceitful manner for removing the stolen paper rolls. He also tried to trace the owner of the godown by contacting the paper merchants.

ARREST AND INTERROGATION

On 9.2.12, two burglars Wazid s/o Sajurul Haq r/o House No 5/121, JJ Colony, Bhalaswa Dairy, Delhi and Wahid s/o Sajurul Haq r/o House No 5/121 JJ Colony Bhalaswa Dairy Delhi were identified and arrested by the team. They disclosed that they have sold the stolen paper rolls to Narender Kumar S/O Vinod Parsad R/O House No.1313, Chhole Wali Gali, Rajokari Pahari, Delhi. He runs ‘Dass Paper Mart’ at Village Mauj Pur, Ghanshyam S/O Ramji Lal R/O House No.C-424, Main Market, Nathupura, Delhi And Navneet Kumar S/O Harvansh Lal R/O House No.596, Parmanand Colony, Mukharjee Nagar, Delhi. Both of them are having their printing press at their residential premises.

MODUS OPERANDI

Burglar Sajid was working as store keeper in the said godown. He prepared a duplicate key of the godowns for committing the burglary. The co-accused Wajid and Wahid are his younger brothers. Wajid is owning tempo No. DL-1LN-2623. They hired the tempo of Sanjay Gupta for removing stolen paper rolls. They opened the lock with a duplicate key and covered the cameras of CCTV for avoiding their video coverage. The stolen paper rolls were handed over to Narender, Ghanshyam and Navneet who deal with sale and printing of papers. 41 stolen paper rolls were recovered from their premises. They have also been arrested.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS

1. Wazid s/o Sajarul Haq r/o House No.5/121. JJ Colony, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi aged 24 years. He is unmarried and studied upto 5th Class.

2. Wahid s/o Sanjarul Haq r/o House No.5/121, JJ Colony, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, aged 21 years. He is unmarried and studied upto 12th class.

3. Narender Kumar s/o Vinod Parsad r/o House No.1313, Chhole wali gali, Rajokari Pahari, Delhi, aged 38 years. He is married and studied upto 10th class. He runs ‘Dass Paper Mart’ at Village Mauj Pur Delhi.

4. Ghanshyam s/o Ramji lal r/o House No.C-424, Main Market, Nathupura, Delhi, aged 28 years. He is married and studied upto 10 class. He runs a printing press at his residential premises.

5. Navneet Kumar s/o Harvansh Lal r/o House No.596, Parmanand Colony, Mukharjee Nagar, Delhi aged 38 years. He is married and graduate. He runs a printing press at his residential premises.

Ø  Maid Service Fraud busted.

Ø  3 persons including 2 women arrested.

A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Inspr. Rajesh Sharma and consisting of SI Sunil Kumar, SI Shiv Darshan, ASI Harcharan Singh, HC Kanwar Pal, HC Jai Singh, Ct. Suresh, Ct. Atul Suhag and Ct. Neeraj under the supervision of Addl. DCP/Crime Dr. Joy Tirkey have busted a racket of Maid Service fraud. 3 persons including 2 women have been arrested.

A complaint was received from a resident of Ashok Vihar, Delhi that a Maid Service Agency by the name of Bulbuli Maid Service having its address at H-Block, H-95, Shiv Mandir, Sunder Vihar, New Delhi have cheated him on pretext of providing a maid. The Maid Service Agency took the commission of Rs. 18,000/- and the salary of the maid was fixed for Rs.2500/-. But the maid only worked with them for a day and then vanished on the pretext of getting milk. The address given was found to be fake and there was no response on the mobile phone numbers provided to them by the Maid Service Agency.

A trap was laid and three persons involved in the Maid Service Racket were apprehended from Rithala Metro Station. They were identified as i) Vasudev @ Raja @ Raju (aged 21 years) s/o Hira Lal r/o Village Dhekeja Juli, PS Panari, Distt. Udalguri, Assam, ii) Beena @ Malti (aged 23 years) w/o Vasudev r/o Village Dhekeja Juli, PS Panari, Distt. Udalguri, Assam and iii) Moni @ Manju @ Nisha (aged 21 years) w/o Joynal r/o Village Telia Para, PS Panari, Distt. Udalguri, Assam.

All the accused persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. The king pin of the racket was found to be Vasudev @ Raja @ Raju. He was helped by his wife Beena @ Malti and another lady by the name of Moni @ Manju @ Nisha. All the three hail from Assam. Vasudev @ Raja @ Raju came to Delhi about 4 years ago and worked in a number of Maid Placement Agency in Shakur Pur, Delhi. He met Beena @ Malti about a year ago and married her. Beena @ Malti came to Delhi five years ago and worked as a house maid till she got married. Moni @ Manju @ Nisha also joined the racket.
