Roane County Commission is seeking bids for the Copier System at the Roane County Courthouse. This includes SIX separate offices (listed below). Bids must include new machines where indicated, service on existing machines and/or replacements as needed. Service must include preventive maintenance, 24 hour response for repairs, all parts, all labor, all toner/ink, staples, and any other expense to keep machines running properly except paper. Payment terms are flexible with preference given to vendors that accept VISA purchasing card for payment.
Assessor:
Lanier LD016spf or similar plus letter size ream tray & legal size ream tray; Black & White
Current machine needs to be replaced/ add legal ream tray; 20,000 copies annually
Commission:
Lanier LD115 or similar; Black & White
Current machine works; uses 20,000 copies annually
County Clerk:
TWO RICOH MP3351SP or similar; Black & White
1) Uses 50,000 copies annually; has letter tray, 2 legal trays & 11x17 tray, “edit image” feature, sorts & staples
2) Uses 35,000 copies annually; has letter tray, legal tray, “edit image” feature, sorts

Xerox Workcentre 5330 or similar; ADD COLOR
Current machine needs to be replaced/ add color; uses 50,000 copies annually
Prosecutor:
RICOH C3001 or similar, must staple, sort, fax, scan, COLOR
Current machine uses 60,000 B/W & 12,500 color copies annually
Circuit Clerk:
RICOH MP C4501 or similar, must be FAST, must staple, sort, fax, scan, COLOR; needs large capacity tray for letter size (2000); ream tray for legal size. Service is extremely important.
Current machine works; uses 100,000 copies annually
