Section 6: Warranties
The following warranties are true and correct to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the undersigned:
- The consultancy is currently trading solvently and there has been no material adverse change in the position and prospects of the consultancy which might cause this warranty to cease to be true and correct and no such changes are anticipated.
- Having made careful enquiry of all key staff, there are no litigation or arbitration proceedings or official investigations or inquiries in process, pending or threatened which might affect the consultancy or any member ofthe key staff in a professional capacity, and there are no facts or circumstances which might give rise to any of the above. (Should there be any of the above, please disclose the details on a separate sheet).
- All ergonomics work undertaken by the consultancy is, either undertaken by a Registered Member or Fellow of the CIEHF, or supervised and signed-off by a Registered Member or Fellow (the latter need not necessarily be the senior person responsible for ergonomics work).
