Mayor’s announcements & civic attendance
The remembrance service will be held Sunday 11th November and members are advised that councillors will be standing in a different place to encourage people to join in the ceremony around the war memorial.

  • Saturday 13th October – Kings Baptist Church induction of Rev’d Ian Hare
  • Sunday 21st October – Potton Town Council Civic Service

Saturday 10th November – Amptill Town Council “Gone to the Dogs” at Henlow Greyhound Stadium – Deputy Mayor to attend.

A reminder to Members regarding declaring interests, our new adopted code of conduct states that Members with an interest must leave the room – whether it is declarable pecuniary interest or declarable non-pecuniary interest. We may review the Code at any time, and may wish to remove the requirement to leave the room when declaring a declarable non-pecuniary interest, if felt appropriate.
