Trading Cards

On 5 separate note cards or half sheets of paper, you will create fact-filled trading cards on the five hominid groups we are studying in Chapter 2. Each trading card should focus on the capabilities of the five hominids we are studying.

Your “trading cards” need to include:

Ø  The scientific name and nickname of your hominid. (1 point)

Ø  Information about where and when your hominid lived. (1 point)

Ø  A colorful drawing of your hominid group doing something in their natural environment. (1 point)

Ø  A description of your hominid’s capabilities. (1 point)

Ø  Please remember that the cards should be visually appealing…neat and in color.

Ø  You will receive 4 points per card. The total project is worth 20 points.
