STYLE AHC ENSOLITE CLOSED CELL SPONGE

Description: ENSOLITE AHC closed cell sponge is a blend of PVC/Nitrile polymers. ENSOLITE AHC has uses in sealing and gasketing applications that require a medium compression deflection. It has good shock absorption properties that make it useful for sporting applications, where it is marketed as ARMASPORT AHC. AHC has a lower than normal compression set and has a service temperature of -100 F to +2000 F. AHC is rated as 2B2 under ASTM D1056-07 and is listed for both UL94 V-O and HF-1. This closed cell foam also meets the Federal FMVSS-302 flammability rating.

ENSOLITE AHC closed cell PVC/Nitrile sponge is a medium density material. AHC is optimized for shock absorption, but can also be used in gasket and seal strip applications. All ENSOLITE products can be supplied with or without adhesive backing in full rolls up to 56” wide, or slit rolls as narrow as ¼”. We can die cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact specifications.
